Extremely terrible management. Quality has went down as well. My car A/C stopped working right after the wash when it was working completely fine right before. When I asked about it the employees were very kind but when the manager came out he got defensive, ranting wouldn’t let me talk really, and kept calling me “sweetie.” He then refused to give his name and never introduced himself. When i asked for his name he got defensive again and was raising his voice at me for most of the conversation. I’ve found out his name is Frank. He also randomly threatened to call the police for no reason. It was all very odd? I’m a young woman, and it definitely felt like he thought he could talk to me that way because of it. I felt unsafe during that whole conversation. Super condescending, unprofessional and felt racially biased too. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable. Won’t ever come back and do not recommend this place. I am sure he’ll respond to this and try to justify it somehow but again his behavior was completely unacceptable and racist, very sad to see.

The last 2 washes i had were not good. Too much dirt and debris not cleaned adequately. The last wash, my car left the tunnel extremely wet. A bit of water is okay, but my car was less than half dry. The overall quality has gone downhill. If things don't improve I will be canceling my membership.

I gave you guys a numerous amount of chances to redeem for the missed spots.. today is the last day I’m ever coming here. I do not pay you guys just so I can clean my car when I get home.. this is beyond ridiculous. I can’t even count how many mistakes mess ups were there this entire year. Please do not offer me with a refund or free watch. I do not want it. Thank you so much for everything. I’m going to go somewhere else.

I used to receive excellent exterior car wash service, but my last two visits have left me extremely disappointed. Just because the wash is busy doesn’t mean the quality should be compromised. The entire back end of my car was still coated in black road grime, and there were bugs on the outside of my mirrors. I tried calling the store to express my concerns, but no one answered. This level of service is unacceptable.

This is how my car looked after the 'car wash'. As great as technology is, I didn't find it good that I had to drive my own car through the car wash. It was terrifying for my baby in the back. It is automated like in the grocery self checkout tills. You still pay the same price as the locations that are more human contact. I paid $35 plus tax to have my car washed like the pictures indicate. I knew when they were done in 5 min that something wasn't right. I showed them that my car was still dirty, and they said that's how it is. They should have told me that the package I paid for, the highest level before a mini detail, was basically nothing. I would have paid more. I went home and cleaned my car after visiting a car wash. Disappointing! I have been happy with the other locations. I suggest you try the others.

Do not recommend. Got the Ultimate Package and they scratched my car through the paint with the brushes before it went into the wash. Heard banging but thought they were hitting my rims with the hard side of the brush. Didn't detail great inside and didn't even remove the grime from the rims. Incredibly pissed off. If you have a nice and expensive car, don't go here! Back to washing it myself.

I will start by saying I have a large pickup, with a brush guard mounted in front. I understand this takes more time and effort to clean, but I paid a whopping total of $176.54 for the large vehicle full detailing. The front end of my truck looks like it has been barely rinsed. There is still dirt all over. There is 6 inches of space between the brush guard and the grill, so I understand it can't be perfect, but there is a no sign even the exterior of the brush guard, or the bumper was cleaned either. I guess if you need the quicker less expensive cleaning options it might not a bad place to go, but I would not recommend the "detailing" extra price package. I knew my vehicle was more difficult to wash than most, but with the price I paid I did fully expect to at least get the heavy dirt off. The interior detailing was satisfactory. I suppose I can go back to the business and try to explain the job was not satisfactory, but time is money also. Really hoped they would have just done a better job. Posting a few pictures, took plenty more.

This was an alright car wash, but definitely not the best car wash I've ever been to. You can tell it's a bit dated. I decided to go with a super basic exterior wash with the free vacuums. The screen showed a much higher price with a line through it, bringing the price down to $11.99 ($12.83 after tax). Had I paid that higher price, I would have been very unhappy with the wash - but, for $11.99, I'm satisfied with the okay job it did. The vacuums didn't have too great of suction, but I will commend them that their air hose was a powerful little thing! I blew so much sand out of my carpet with it. It felt like taking a leaf blower to the inside of my car and I was able to blow out a lot of debris before even vacuuming- so the blower tool kind of makes up for the less than great vacuums. They also have plenty of clean microfiber towels and cleaner available to use at each spot. I had a lot of space around my car to have all doors open without being in anyone's way. There are 2 separate vacuums, too, at each spot, one for the driver side and one for the passenger side. The staff seemed less than personable, so I didn't really get the vibe that I would trust them to detail my car themselves and do a good job. The reviews on here from others who did hire them to detail didn't sound too promising either. I'll probably keep looking for a different car wash, but I'm not ruling this one out entirely.

If you care about your vehicle, do not take it to Paradise Car Wash. I noticed this hot wax spray all over my hood, went back to discuss the mess on my car and the attendant blamed it on my car?! I’ve never had anyone blame my car for their faulty machinery. I’ve been here several times, and always regret it. It’s not worth the crapshoot. I wish they were reputable and better quality for the area, but this place does not meet expectations. Like others have mentioned, all the bugs on the front of your car, will still be there after the “service”.

Another car wash! Seems like we have a lot of them what sets this one apart is the service of having someone else detail the inside and wax it. First time using their full service plus hand wax, I’m happy with the results. The outside of the car looks great! The customer service was excellent as well. If I had to give one negative feedback, it would be the stuff they used to wipe down the interior. The inside looks all shiny and glossed over. Personally not a fan of that but that’s being picky. Overall, I would recommend them!

We have the monthly membership, also had our vehicle detailed once. Great experience all the way around. The middle aged guy on the right side when you go through the car wash (always has a hat on) is always great. My young son always waves at him and he sprays his windshield a little extra and smiles.

I come here from time to time, but I’ve noticed the quality has gone down. They really need a better supervisor on the ground making sure the team is paying attention. If I’m paying for a service, I expect closer attention to detail. These are my rims when I got home, whoever applied the dressing should have caught this.

I would love to give 100 stars. Simon is the best. Always exceeds my expectations!! They detailed my car today. They found $100 bill in it.. I found it in my center console, I would have NEVER known I lost it. One of the guys found it and put it back on my car. Integrity is the word of the day. Class act. Place is good for a quick wash and it’s local don’t expect anything crazy. Definitely doesn’t get the back of the car clean. Time to update to newer equipment, as I’ve been to newer car washes and they don’t need to clean my car with brushes before it goes in the tunnel. And at the new car wash, it comes out spotless. I took my car to Paradise for a full-service wash and had a very disappointing experience. I drive an older car (2007) that was repainted in 2023 and has been through many car washes without any issues. After my visit, a product that was sprayed on my car (likely a shine or gloss) reacted badly with the paint and left stains that damaged the finish. I noticed it about an hour later and brought it back right away. The staff was polite, and the person I believe was the manager assumed the reaction may have been due to my car being repainted or possibly lacking a topcoat, though this wasn’t confirmed. I understand it may not have been intentional, but I paid over $40 and left with my car in worse condition. I’m posting this review to make others aware — if you have an older or repainted car, please be cautious, as the products used here seem very harsh and may damage paint. This was a really disappointing experience, and now I’m left unsure of how to fix the damage.
