Machines are always broken here. First time was the water gun not having enough pressure second time was the foam brush not working. I also hate the token system. Why not let us bring out own coins. Or at least use the money to maintain the place. The vacuums are good tho always have plenty of suction and last a bit longer than other car washes.

The car wash stinks I paid $14 it was supposed to dry it twice and it only did at once and I had rain dots all over it was not that clean either. The vacuum self serve was exceptional! Plenty of time to vacuum all. Self serve okay 👌

One needs tokens to use the car wash and vacuums, but fortunately they have new machines that also have a credit or debit card option. The foamy brush creates lots of soap, making a good wash fairly quick.

Even self wash was super busy, had to wait a while. Not many places to line up and wait when it's that busy. Only one token/coin machine and it didnt take cash only debit. It got the job done but could be way more efficient if there were proper staging zones for people waiting. I'll for sure go back cuz it the only one in town just thought I would review on the things I saw that could be improved.

Great location and I and clean. The machine is inconsistent and leaves your car extremely wet even after it’s been dried with the machine. Spray out for the soap is inconsistent and not even across your car. When I lost money, I tried to call for several weeks never received a call phone call back!

Just an update. They have not had anything in their vending machine is so long. Also their fragrance sprayer has not worked in ages. I've been to many different places and and this one is in fact the best place if you want your money's worth. It's also well maintained for the most part. It can use a little update on the variety of what it can do, but all in all what equipment it does have all works well. Don't waste your money any where else.

Absurd car wash! Got the most expensive wash at drive-through, but it still left some soap and water all over my car. Pulled up to self-wash to rinse it off... But doesn't take quarters..needs special coins given at the booth. I didn't have cash, and $5 minimum when using a card. Got it anyways, then went to rinse the car, only to find out later that there's no dryer/blower option in the machine!? I mean.. of course not... Who doesn't like to wash their cars and drive off with water and soap still on it.. how else would u pick up more dirt on your way back home? The giant potholes with mud on the way out helps out too 👍 PLUS now I also have $4 worth of special coins left that aren't of any use, unless I go back there and use it. Brilliant place, I tell you!

Warning - we washed our car here and the next day our card started seeing a few fraud payments. The card we used has never had any fraud activities before and this place couldn’t read chips and we had to swipe a few times which made it more susceptible to fraud. Stay away!

As someone who frequently passes through Pacifica, it’s so nice to find some refreshing small town feel. I’ve stopped before for car washes and this does exactly what I need: a quick, easy, affordable wash. I had an issue that the owner (he’s normally not here) helped me with! He mentioned the machines for the self cleaning car wash are being updated for Apple Pay. So seems like they are working on some issues. Will continue to come by and support this spot!

I have had a good experiences in the past. Today, however is the 2nd time, the main token machine did not change my dollar for a token so I could vacuum my car- 1x I can let go, but today I have time to followup. I am docking a star since the attendant is not answering the phone or answering the knock on the door and docking another star for my lost dollars. I will revise my review if I get a call back- I did leave my phone number.

Automatic car wash works well but the touchless wash stations with pressure washer don’t use a soap that does much and the pre-wash has such a strong blue dye that it stained the gray plastic on my jeep as well as my hand and pants. Overall still worth using but I’d avoid the prewash and maybe just bring your own soap and bucket when it’s not busy.
