Great carpet cleaning company. Products smell clean and fresh. We like that they are kid and pet friendly as well. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Each time we’ve used Oxi Fresh they have been able to accommodate our schedule. We won’t use any other company for our carpet/upholstery cleaning.

The individual who cleaned our carpet was friendly, informative and easy going. He called ahead to let us know when he was arriving and was on time. He explained the process and answered any questions. Then he completed the job to our satisfaction, even getting out some stubborn stains that we hadn't successfully eliminated with previous treatments. We like using green companies and would recommend this one.

The person that was sent here to do the work was very professional and friendly. He was also very approachable when we had questions and did not mind explaining things. Since this is a different process than your typical carpet shampoo and vacuum I felt that it was important that he was like this and that I mention this here. He did a great job of explaining the process and worked very hard to do a good job. The sectional sofa looked like new when he was done and the house smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this service to the people in this area.

Initially the carpets seem clean. However the process leaves a very sticky gross film on your carpet that makes them get dirtier even faster. The technician and customer service is great the product and what it leaves behind not so much.. Hope you find this helpful.

Highly recommend. They were very accommodating in regards to meeting my schedule with work. Ottawa was my service technician and was very friendly. The cleaning itself was great. I had stains in my carpet downstairs that the last two cleaning companies said were permanent. They came right up no problem. Dries very fast as well which is nice.
