Someone had splattered concrete on the back of my car. I called Out The Mud and talked with Shaq. He asked for pictures of the splatters and called me back to discuss cleaning options. I booked an appointment with him. He got all the splatters off the paint, the bumper and the glass. No damage. My car looks great. He is so friendly and likeable. It was a pleasure to do business with him. He works hard. He charges a very fair price. He is a really nice guy. I can't say enough nice things about him

Shaq did an AMAZING job! He worked from 9:30-2:15 on my Nissan Altima and Nissan XTerra! Both cars were full of dog hair, dirt, and spilt drinks. After he finished our cars were not even this clean when purchased brand new off the car lots! We have not cleaned our cars in a long, long time so I wanted to splurge and have them detailed inside and out. I’m so thankful I found Shaq online! Shaq did a great job on my Crosstrek. It had rained a couple of times when I had originally scheduled but he managed to fit me in, came out to my house, and even worked around the intermittent rain throughout the day. Between dogs and endless trips the seats had some strains and dog hair, now my seats look brand new again. Chance came to my home to detail my 2012 Honda Accord with light colored leather seats that had never been cleaned or conditioned. I was impressed with the amount of equipment that he showed up with and how well he took care of both the interior and exterior of my car. Even though the car is 12 years old, he was able to get many spots and part of it looking much better than they have in a long time. He was even willing to attempt to install an arm rest replacement for me to keep me from having to go to the shop for the repair and I was very grateful for his willingness to help. I highly recommend their services!
