Customer service has gone down, used to love this place I’ll never go back. Communication is very important as well as attitude. If you’re having a bad day customers should never be able to feel it or see it. And it’s not what you say it’s how you say it very disappointed in the service I received! The employee that helped me pay for my automatic wash was rude, then it seemed like it was my turn to wash my car I guess the other car still needed to be dried and the employees had an attitude because I went in too soon. I understand avoiding liability as a business owner but clear communication or a sign would’ve been helpful. There’s no way for me to respond back but, I didn’t THINK I knew that the attendant had an ATTITUDE from start to finish hence me ready to hurry up and get my car washed. And I can see why he feels ok to treat customers that way because not once did you apologize for his actions or your own ! Everything you said about “waiting 60 seconds” could be said prior to people entering to get their car washed along with a nice greeting. I’ve been there several times NEVER had this issue. You never know what people are going through, and AGAIN COMMUNICATION is key! Had that been communicated I would’ve known that. But it doesn’t matter I won’t be back

Last Sunday, 10/27/2024 I took my motorcycle to this car wash and I paid $13.75 for WATER. I was in the first bay on the far left, swiped my credit card, turned the dial to the soap wash selection and nothing came out but water. I double-checked my selection several times but all I got was water. I will never go back as $13.75 is excessive for a 2 minute water wash.

Only place in da town I will use now! Pressure is GREAT! PRICES ARE DECENT. Always a staff member available. Offers vacuums new car scent machines vending and options for automatic or bay self wash- THE KICKER IS they have HAND DRYERS in the Bays!!!!!!! Save time and energy drying in the shade with the handheld dryer mode! BEST CAR WASH IN the CITY!!!@!

Best self service car wash in Kansas City. Friendly employees on duty, not very many car washes have attendants anymore. Always feel safe and place is always clean. LOVE their new touch free automatic and they give back to the local community. Thank you again for your hard work.

The product is great and worth the price. Brushless car washes won’t scratch your paint and you get a free vacuum token. The service was great, the guy helped me select a wash and make my payment while also interacting with another customer who needed help.

Great working car wash. All the self bay equipment is well maintained and not diluted. The angled nozzle is a nice touch to spray the underside and wheel wells. The automatic touchless works really well. Price is competitive (better than Xcel car wash) and the staff very kind and helpful (unlike xcel wash). I’m quite picky, but I can say this self serve wash is better than at least 90-95% of the self serve washes I’ve been to. 👍

Pretty okay car wash, not great environment but all normal functions work. Card reader struggled a bit but ended up working. Just a classic quarter wash. Could be better could be worse, but decent if you’re looking for a manual wash.

I like this car wash very much. Reasonably priced it allows you to do tap pay , cash, card. The bad thing about it is during the weekends everybody wants to hang out everybody wants to play their music loud even late until the night. However it is what it is but it's a nice clean car wash relatively new not new new but clean and new enough. It is a touchless car wash. And I am also looking for a non-touchless because my cars get filthy and I don't like having to scrub my car down before I go through a touchless car wash. But either way

Had issues with payment being accepted, waited for service, wen to tech for help, they forgot about me and I waited and built a long line behind me until I had to go back to get help. Really frustrating experience

Just tried Otto’s touchless automatic car wash and was really impressed. The process was quick and super convenient—no need to leave the car. My vehicle came out clean without any of the scratching you sometimes get from brushes. The staff was friendly, and the payment system was easy to use. Great option for a quick, reliable clean!

Used to like this place cause the pressure in the watter worked and would leave my car spotless. Now the pressure in both automatic washes suck. It does not wash the sides of your car and even better when the garage door opens it kicks up a big dust ball that blows and sticks to the car . Told the owner my car was still dirty and instead of resolving my issue he argued calling it wax. Clearly I wiped the dirt off my car in front of him no oily residue was on my hand , just grime . when he proceeded to argue of it being wax when I don't was my car he said he'd give us "time" on the manual washes but had an employee do it who told us to stay in the car to just use water on the top of my car and around the car not the doors where it was left dusty 🙄 my car was wiped clean but its not clean. Took to another self service down the street to repay for another wash cause they kept starring at my car knowing it was still dirty 😒 The owners attitude and and approach towards a customers satisfaction was a little bit Distasteful. Instead of arguing to justify the poor quality wash considering I spent money on their most expensive and it did not clean my car why not just offer the time or new wash without the defensivness. He seemed more wanting to blame us rather than to solve my issue to keep my business. I won't be coming back only due to the poor customer service.

Fast and easy with two automatic car washes and a few of the kind where you get the spray wand and do it yourself. Lots of vacuums that last 5 minutes which is nice. The automatic wash does a good job, my van was terribly dirty from weeks off snow and bad weather but it came out clean and shiny.
