$24 for partial wash. Not impressed. I also emailed the company 2 days before posting my review - 4 days ago now. They send a reply saying they are very behind on customer emails. It's curious they reply to reviews within a day, but not emails.

Been a member for years... the company has not been upkeeping these places lately. Used to be a pre spray that an attendant would do to help get off other gunk. Now it's more of a pre-treatment and the wash itself always has spots that were missed. Went today and there were but 5 towels, all dried out, and no spray bottles. Going to look into switching my membership to another car wash.

Usually this location is pretty good. The south 7 one pushes my mirrors around and I always have to get out and readjust them afterwards. Today it messed up my mirrors, the operator seemed off (didn’t give good directions with how far to pull forward or if I was online with the tracks). Also they didn’t have any towels to wipe down the vehicle after exiting carwash. Overall still good but may need some calibration upkeep and practices adjusted.

Went to the car wash and got an $18 wash. There is literally not one panel on the car that is clean. You can’t even tell I washed it. Extremely disappointed in this service. Go use one of the other various car washes in town.

I want to love this place. The staff is great, it’s close to home, no long lines, and my car always looks clean after. But the towels. Every time, they smell musty, like they’ve been left in the washer too long. I’ll use the towels for the outside, but I have to go home and re-do the inside with my own or else my car smells like a moldy rag. It probably time to replace them or give them a serious vinegar soak. It’s a small thing but makes a big difference in my experience.

Been paying monthly for their top wash. Asked why they aren't spraying the entire car when I pull in. Their reply, it's company policy. They aren't allowed to cross over the rollers. Then put another employee on that side, to use the wand, on that side. Why am I charged full rate but, not receiving the full product?

I have had membership over a year. Never had a problem. Then on September 29 I went to wash my car and my taillight came off and I made a claim. I however have called multiple time and gave my information for some to call me back. And today November 6 I call again and about hour later I get call from Austin stating they do not do paper claims anymore. But he watched the footage and so called denied the claim. I then canceled my membership and have drove around with no taillight or washed my car since September 29. And they did nothing for me. Waste my money and time. I have attached a picture just crazy how I have no damage because it was the original taillight and ripped cord and landed and shattered in car washer.

Haven’t been to this place since they bought out Mirror Image and I am sad to say it wasn’t worth the money. I paid for the premier wash ($16) that stated it would get my tires shiny and when my husband brought my SUV home I still have dirt all over my tires and some dirt on the sides of my car. The back window doesn’t look washed. I honestly think I could have done a better job in my driveway myself. Not worth the money— bring Mirror Image back a place that was worth the money.

Today was the first time going here and I will not go back I paid the $18 dollar car wash my car was still dirty after I figured it would when it only takes about 30 seconds to go threw the bay the vacuums work and there free so that’s a plus I guess

The wash scuffed up the black paint on my car. Went back and forth with managent, but they denied it could have happened in their wash and refused to take any responsibility.

Would not recommend this carwash to anyone! We went there about 2 weeks ago, got half way through the wash & a bolt went through the side wall of my tire. It instantly went completely flat. The staff that was there was nice, understood the frusterating situation for us & was very apologetic. They had us go ahead & pull out. As soon as we got out I asked if we could change our tire right there so I didnt continue to drive on my brand new wheels & tear them up. The manager showed up EXTREMLY RUDE! Said he didn't care we need to get out of the way they have a bussiness to run. (They had an entire 2 customers in the 2 hours we sat there) We go ahead and pull to the area were the vacuum are. I went in filled out a "report" they said they would get back with me Tuesday to let me know if they would cover it. (This was a Saturday) We waited in the parking lot with a 1 & 4 year old & a car full of groceries for 2 hours after all this happens waiting on friends to bring us tools to change the tire. (We had just put new wheels on the truck & didnt have correct tools with us) Didnt hear back from them until Thursday & conveniently who I needed to talk to wasnt there every time I called. So I had to go a week with no car waiting to hear back from them. And of course they say they arent going to cover it. Go car wash just bought out 8 of the Belfonte's locations. $200 for a tire wasn't going to hurt them one bit. I didn't ask for the wheel that got damaged, the groceries I had to get rid of, a week I had to get to work without my car or anything else. Literally just $200 for my tire. That's a long story summed up. I will continue to share this story with everyone I know & be sure they all know to stay away from this carwash. They do not care about their customers or the customers vehicles all they care about is money. And the manager (guy in black jacket & grey pants) of this location is absolutely rude.

If you wanna get your car truck clean, this is a place to go. It’s easy and it’s very thorough and somehow they make your tires look like you’ve been armor rolled and all you gotta do is dry it off after you go through the wash. I usually take it out on the highway or something let it air dry, but it looks good for days until we have more rain here in the Midwest, but I can’t say enough good things about the people at. Check-in or friendly, courteous, smiling, very professional, and well worth the money to me

Not even close to clean, even considering an automatic wash. Only one attendant to pre-rinse one side. Truck still has salt on it, salt that dissolves with just water, doesn't even need soap 🤣. "Tire shine"....I know they're bigger tires, but come on. Not even half way around them. Probably worst tunnel wash I've ever used. Coin op spray down would have been more effective.

Waited in a long line to purchase a wash. Went through and it did not get the truck clean. Went through and waited in the long line a second time, and it still looked like this when I came through the second time. It doesn’t even clean your vehicle. Very disappointed.
