If I have a really busy week/month at work and havent had time to do laundry, I will leave my household clothes to be done at the laundrymat they are very resposible,affordable and efficient. Very good customer service and they use really good detergent and will give me my clothes fold and color coordinated. I dont give a 5 because of the parking very limited and unconfortable.

This is one of the worst laundromats in Worcester. I moved back to the area last year and noticed nothing has been updated in over 20 years. I know this to be fact as I lived in Worcester from 1999-2011. Now back in the area this is the closest laundromat to me and I’m disappointed to report that I dropped off clothing there for a wash and fold only to return 2 days later to claim my laundry that sat sitting, unwashed on a shelf for for the duration. This past year the laundromat operates at half capacity for half the day; closing the most social-distancing part. Also, the hours listed online are not up to date. I feel for the staff at this facility as it appears they lack structure, management and tools necessary to operate successfully

I have to apologize for my ill reviews that I had made in the past it saddens my heart to know that Oscar has closed down even if it temporarily it was a wake up call for me when I moved I do have a lot of fond memories my heart and prayers go out to you guys and not only do I miss you guys but little Dora does too I pray that someday you guys can forgive me for my ill actions and reviews stay safe and God Bless You guys
