I was on my way out of town for a two-hour drive back home and needed to get there that evening. My engine light turned on due to what I later learned was a problem with the temperature sensor. I pulled into a “big name” shop at 4:30pm and after describing the issue, was told they could not address it that day since they closed at 6:00pm. A quick Google search brought up the nearby “On The Road Again”. I called and was assured I could get assistance immediately. Paul and his team lived up to that assurance and were able to resolve my issue within an hour and for a very reasonable price. Not only that, they also alerted me to two other less time-sensitive issues with my vehicle. After notifying them of my time constraint, and understanding I couldn’t have the work done that day, they educated me on the problems, showing me the symptoms they saw, and how I could address them myself when I got home. I was in despair need of a mechanic, my car began to overheat and i didn’t know who to call. I had used a previous mechanic for this same issue. At this point I didn’t trust the previous mechanic so I googled mechanics in my area. “On the road again” came up and I saw that they were still available to call, on a Saturday at 6 in the evening, I was able to get a tow truck out to my location within an hour and my car was ready in less than 24 hours. The owner, Paul, was amazing! He kept me in the loop, explained the work that was done and gave me an unbearable price. I will definitely go back for any car issues in the future.
