I had just brought a used car which the previous owners had a dog in it so the car smelled like dog it had mud and dog hair in it . Gus detailed my car inside and out he shampooed entire inside from the ceiling to the seats and floor and now my car looks brand new fresh off the car lot. I refuse to go anywhere else and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family.

First and foremost, let me respond to your review. You share the same rating as those hotels because they gave 'ok' service. It is not fair to companies that go above and beyond to receive the same rating as a company that just gives you mere service. Personality is the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars. To give a 5 star service, there must be something that is memorable; an experience that made me smile and is unforgettable...and I have not had many of these. Giving a 3 star service doesn't necessarily mean I won't go back, but given your response I won't revisit your establishment. I don't just give reviews for companies to look good on Google, they must at least perform. As a Business Owner myself I know that.

Best carwash experience I ever had!! Gus and another team member came to my home and cleaned and vacuumed my car inside and out. He charged a very reasonable price for shampooing the seats and they did a spectacular job!!! My car was filthy, but after getting it back, it was like I had a brand new car!! I appreciate the professional customer service and care!
