Super fast! Very professional and helpful. I believe it was staff named Ozzie and falcon that serviced my car today. They were very polite and had great customer service. They also checked my tires per my request and made some recommendations and even gave me a couple references. They changed my oil, filters, checked lights, cleaned the windshield but really they made it a quick and easy and very comfortable experience. It’s nice to not have to get out of the car and just get the job done so effortlessly. This is my second time and I’ll definitely be back again. I called ahead of time and was even told that there are coupons online and there sure was!

The guys located on Tulare Ave. in Visalia were great! My oil change light came on & when I went in, they looked at my oil and told me I did not need an oil change and the only reason the light came on was because it had been 4 months since the last change... really appreciated the honesty.... I did have them change my transmission fluid and that went great too! They also offered me as many discounts on the transmission service as they could. A really nice group of guys working there!

I came to Visalia from out of town for Thanksgiving and was in need of an oil change. I was just going to go to a Valvoline but decided to try this place out since my brother in law said how great the service is. I just want to say out of my three years of going to oil changers I’ve never had a problem every service would get done Van & Andrew would be very helpful, and willing to do what they had to to make us customers satisfied. Well the last two recent times I’ve went I’ve been turned down on services by Dall very unprofessional when clearly there supposed to do them. But thanks to Cesar & Andrew I was able to get my services done about three days ago, Thank you boys for your amazing work, and gratitude. Has anyone else been turned town ?
