Not a good place to go to. I tried paying with my card and the machine did not start. However they still charged me $9. I’ve tried getting ahold of them to refund this charge and I have not been able to. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I attempted to get my car wash at this location. I gave my credit card and the first bay wouldn't read it, or any other card I tried. I moved to the second bay and my card was charged. Then the door wouldn't open and it said to wait for car to leave. There was no car in the wash. I called the service number listed right away and explained that I had been charged but not received service. She claimed she would tell the owners and I would be issued a refund. That was weeks ago. I just called back and talked to another person who was equally unhelpful. He said he could give me a code for a free wash. I said I wasn't looking to patronize their business anymore--it was more the principal of this happening often to people. He said condescendingly, "You wouldn't be patronizing us if we give you a free car wash." At this point I told him to forget it and sarcastically thanked him for his helpful and caring attitude. Terrible customer service. You win my $7--hope your crappy business practices don't cost others.

I played for my wash and the machine broke. Didn't give receipt. No one was around. A useless, unreadable phone number was on the wall. I guess I'm just assed out of my 11 dollars.

Worst car wash I’ve ever experienced (and I get my car washed a lot). Paid $12 for the best wash they offer, and am 99% certain they didn’t even use ANY soap, not to mention the TriFoam I paid for. Additionally the dryer was essentially nonexistent. After going both ways up and down the car, after exiting my car was still soaking wet. DO NOT GO HERE unless you enjoy the design of water spots over your entire car.

This wash used to be so good, I was there a couple times a week, but for the last 2 months: 1. Credit card readers are down often. 2. Our cars just aren't coming clean without using the brush wash, which was out of order today and last week. The touchless or do it yourself wands just don't have the right soap or something. It's too bad, the place just needs better attention from the boss.

Terrible. 2 of the 3 bays that are supposed to accept credit cards, can't accept credit cards. NONE of their vaccums work, only one accepted money and it had 0 suction. Stole my 3 quarters. This place sucks. Go somewhere else. I wish I could give it less than 1 star.

Just save yourself and money and don't go! Vacuums don't work (I tried 4) it charges $10 to use card in self bays but then charges you for the $5 self serve wash on top of it. Trash and mud chunks all over in bays. Bays wouldn't take my cash. Horriably ran and just needs to close.

One of the worst car washes I've ever been to. Had to flip between multiple settings just to get the soap to come out. Then even when I used a card it stopped after the initial charge instead of just incrementing up until I stopped the charge. After slipping my car for the third time, the bugs on the front grill were still not completely off

Glad to see this place up for sale. One of the worst washers I’ve ever come across and I travel a lot. The wash scratched my car and the owner at the time was a real pice of work.

They lowered the water pressure on the self-serve wands. Unable to remove bird poop, bug guts, or dirt. Total waste of money.

I spent $12 on the most expensive wash and my car is really no cleaner today. It used to have tri color foam and that didn’t happen this time. It was extremely quick, too, less than five minutes I was in and out. I don’t feel like it really did anything except maybe rinse off my car. I wouldn’t go here again.

I paid for the highest drive through wash. My car didn't even get remotely clean. You can see the finger prints and writing on the tailgate and where it left streaks running down the entire length of my car. I think my car looks worse after the wash than it did before.

It's cheap but the equipment is showing a lot of age. None of the vending machines worked and looked as if they haven't worked in a long time. The car wash had lots of options tho and a trip color foam brush was cool.

Terrible car wash. The bug spray/ salt remover does not work, soap is no good, and in the winter everything is frozen so it eats my money and my vehicles are still dirty. Never going here again and recommend no one else support this scam!

Took my money, and the credit/debit card on automatic wash didn’t work, only accepts cash. The one bay only took quarters and ate my quarters. Not worth the money to go to this place. Didn’t even get my car clean when I used it. Spend the extra money and go down the road to speedy mikes!
