O'Reilly has always gone above and beyond for me. Sam was the best, he saved me over $130 by showing me how to install my own filters. He saved the day, and that means the world to me. I live alone, so there is only 1 income in my house and I dont make a ton of money, he really lifted a weight off my shoulders that day. O'Reilly I am a forever lifetime customer! Thank you soooo much and please make sure that someone lets Sam know how much what he did for me, meant! He is the kind of young man you want working at your stores, he will make sure your clients return! Thanks again, Michelle!

Just dropped by to get my headlight bulb changed. A young man named Garrett helped me. As he was ringing me up, I told him that Firestone tried to charge me $64.00 to change my blinker bulb. He said “well I’ll look at it and see if I can change it” Took him all of 5 seconds! I was so happy! He jokingly said “that will be $64.00” 🤣🤣 What a great kid! I appreciate that I can make a quick stop to buy a bulb or windshield wipers and they will put them in. Thanks again Garrett!

Outstanding customer service! I needed a replacement battery so I stopped in to see about getting one. Gave the manager the information he needed and the next thing, he has my hood open and is replacing it himself! He told me this is how we do things. Great business practice.

I've always found courteous and professional counter help at this location. If they don't have an item in stock, they order it and most times it will arrive within a few hours. One thing I really appreciate is that they give me a 10% Veteran's discount on my purchases.

This is literally the best O’reillys out there! Friendly, quick, and some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Also want to give a big shout out to Scott and Paul… They are hands-down, without a doubt some of the best and most knowledgeable guys you can talk to! I give it five stars, and would highly recommend you go to this O’Reilly store for any of your auto part needs!

The owner of the store is simply amazing. He was so kind and caring. My car suddenly wouldn’t start this man was so helpful and kind and even so patient with my 6 year old son when he was asking questions. He got my car started back up it ended up being a fuse, but honestly I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. He saved me a lot of time and money. He also helped me switch my old headlight out for my new one which was my original problem and why I went to oreillys in the first place. Thank you again if you see this I truly appreciate you. I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!

I was able to find everything I needed by using the QR codes available in the aisles. They had a nice selection of inventory. Customer service is not a priority here. Maybe A.I. will take over this store and that’ll help get that missing part back…

When into this story to recycle a battery stood the for a few mins. Not one employee said hello? How are? Do you need a recycle or need a new battery. Yes they were with a customer. Yet when they were done with said customer still nothing from an employee. So I sat the battery on the counter to get valve stem caps. Still nothing. I am very big on customer service as that is what I do. This store just lost my business because they couldn’t even bother to say hello.

A very well stocked store to meet all of my automotive needs. From washing to waxing and general maintenance. However, I bought a new Hellcat® that requires Pennzoil Ultra Platinum™ Full Synthetic OW-40 Motor Oil which seems nobody carries. It's only available online.

Full disclosure, this review has a VERY limited scope: I stopped in needing only to borrow a ratchet, an extension and two sockets. The guys behind the counter showed me the loaner tool box and were very pleasant and accommodating without acting like I was trying to rob the place (I've had this treatment when borrowing tools from other locations to install a part). I'm not from here, just passing through and the couple loaned tools made all the difference, thanks!

I will start this out by saying that I go to this O'Reilly's location practically every time I need any auto parts, and they do a good job. Their customer service is not 100%, but I'm sure that there's so much they have to deal with, know, remember, and memorize that it can be hard to do everything, especially if they do not know your situation. That being said, I had called in a handful of hours ago to have two brake pistons and two brake caliper kits (a boot, a gasket, and a bleeder cap), and only one caliper kit was ordered. They were very friendly with me, as much as possible, because I was also returning two items from two different transactions, one online, and they got everything taken care of and were not visibly worried or stressed about it. Very friendly people, be open-minded and know, going in there, they do not know your exact situation.

Outstanding service from Eli at the Lee’s Summit Ward location. I initially called to ask about headlight replacement and was told to return after 1:30 PM. When I came back around 2:00 PM, I was informed that only Eli could assist and that he was currently on his lunch break, so I was asked to return later. As I walked out of the store, Eli—who was on his lunch break—noticed me leaving, got out of his car, and stopped me before I drove away. He then replaced my headlights during his lunch break. When my car didn’t start right away afterward, Eli went a step further and cleaned my battery with a product to help prevent future issues. That level of care and attention was truly exceptional. I attempted to tip him multiple times, and he politely declined every offer. His actions were driven purely by kindness and a commitment to great service. Eli went above and beyond expectations and represents this company incredibly well. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise.
