Great place to buy cheap parts , most of the employees are actually very knowledgeable and very helpful . People complain about the prices being higher than amazon but this is actually the cheapest parts store in town , definetly better than the milpas and old town locations . And if these junkies in SB would stop stealing from this business it might be doing a little better . Always super helpful customer service and they always do a great job helping you install wiper blades or a battery on your vehicle ... 10/10 would recommend A+++

Kind of hard to review an auto parts store they're all very similar, however, it's always the staff that makes the difference. An attentive employee asked me what I was looking for, then showed me where it was. I bought it and everything was good.

Store manager Jessie answered my phone call and it was extremely helpful finding a new battery for my car. It was the best price in town and no installation fee. A young man named Rickie helped me at the store. He was extremely professional and courteous and replaced my battery in no time. Incredible customer service at this location on tuesday jan.26th at 1130am Thank you!! I will be coming back here instead of Honda dealership from now on UPDATE 2024 NEW VISIT : Lifesaver at O'Reilly Auto Parts! "I had battery issues with my car and rolled into O'Reilly's feeling helpless. Alex was an absolute lifesaver! He patiently listened to my car troubles, expertly diagnosed the problem (which turned out to be a bad battery, and even helped me find the right replacement part within their inventory. Ended up having to swap out spark plugs and an ignition coil on a work trip when my suv started acting up. Alex was knowledgeable, professional and went out of his way to make sure I had the tools, parts, and support I needed to swap out the plugs, diagnose the coil issue, and replace it. What I thought was going to be a miserable pain went as smoothly as possible. Thank you again Alex! Highly Recommend.

Thank you to Bryan or Brian at the (Milpas & Haley) O’reilly’s. Bryan along with the other employees were impeccable. We need more people like him:them with superb customer service and mechanical skills. He told me what was wrong with my battery and fixed it within 15 minutes. Arrived in the morning after my car battery died in nearby parking lot....I purchased jumper cables and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful....Carlos actually transported me back to my vehicle and jumped the car at no extra charge and I was on my way in no time which was so amazing as I was visiting from out of town and had no AAA......I'm Guy's wife, Ashley....Thank You Carlos! It's so great that businesses still exist like this that go out of their way to help out a customer!

I went there for a battery because my car wouldn’t start and they got me the correct battery and even changed it for me. I was helped by Austin and Dallas and they were super friendly and patient with us. They also helped explain things to my sister and didn’t charge her an excessive amount when they could have easily done that. They directed us to what we needed and were kind enough to offer to help us out in the future to change things out and check things for us. Very helpful and kind. Definitely will be returning.

I just want to say this is an outstanding O’Reillys when I went in not only did they have my product, but they had it in different varieties as well. It also had a great worker, which I think his name is Sal. He no only had great service with a smile, but was able to talk with me after I bought some thing that means a lot to me . He was a great worker, because not only did he have a smile, but he actually cared about his customers and that’s great customer service Sal is a Great employee and is the reason why I will be coming back to this O’Reillys

I came here to buy a berries for my car and I asked a gentleman in the counter if he’s able to put it in for me and he said no that I have to take it somewhere with professionals to put it in for me. Never heard of such thing. I’ve been driving all my life usually when you buy batteries to put it in the car for you and keep the old one this is very, very weird and stupid useless. Don’t come here. .

I'll never go into an O'Reilly again. I went in here to borrow the check engine tool and both cashiers flat out said they couldn't let us borrow it due to covid. They didn't have to do anything but give it to us and they flat out refused. We asked them why the sign is outside their store and they just stared at me. I called corporate and they said the store should have let me borrow it. What a joke. Ended up going to auto zone.

Went by O'Reilly today to comparison shop prices for a part my car needed... Not only was the part in stock--it was 75% less expensive than the price quoted to me for the same part at a dealership. Score! A person named Alex helped me. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous--and even helped make sure by visual assessment (in addition to computer feedback) that the part found was indeed the part needed. Great store experience.

Sorry, this ain't baseball. 2 strikes and you're out. These guys sold me the wrong oil filter for my new Hyundai Tucson. AFTER taking the old one off and discovering their error, I had to ride my bike down the hill to return it, wait for them to order the correct one, and then get a ride back to my oil-less car. No offer to make it right or anything. NEXT: I bring in my used motor oil to recycle. On this particular day, some rocket scientist there decided that carrying the oil in a detergent bottle made it impossible to recycle. Another wasted trip. I took it to the nearest mechanic who was happy to deal with this horrible travesty of protocol. There's too much competition out there to have to deal with this, and this store has definitely jumped the shark.

Not only that, but service associate Alfredo was so kind and helpful with helping me look up and understand the difference in quality of blades. It's people like him that will have me coming back as a customer for life to this store!

This is not my first 5 star review for these guys! I’m that pain in the butt customer that runs in 5 minutes before they close needing a headlight or whatever. As usual, they get what I need and help me install it with a smile on their face. Never complain, roll their eyes or give me a sigh. I’ve been coming here consistently for 3 years now and I’ll never go anywhere else if I can help it! Thanks you guys! (Special shoutout to Alex tonight for helping me out even though you could have closed, rightfully so 🙏). THE BEST!!!

Nice auto parts store. A little on the smaller side but it has all the essentials you might need. They do offer free services such as windshield wiper installed and they can scan your engine trouble light for free. Prices are good and can better if your a member. They can order any parts for you. Nice people!

I have been a long time customer of O’Reilly‘s and up-to-date. No one has ever helped me as much as Alex the young gentleman with the great attitude every time I’m in there he’s always so helpful not only with me, but I’ve noticed that it’s just his genuine attitude towards everyone Very great customer service very good with communication. He is very helpful and goes the extra mile to really help, He should really be given a recognition award, I own my own business and I would be happy to hire someone just like him

I came in 9/26/25 for a small item, a wrench for tightening my battery connector. Alex helped me, first asking if I wanted to borrow or buy one. Didn't know borrowing was a possibility! But I wanted to buy, and he was knowledgeable about the options and quickly found the best one for me at a reasonable price. But the topper was that he came out to my car and very patiently helped me learn to use it, even going back for a sharpie to mark each side for me (tighten/loosen). All in all, it was the best customer service experience I've had in quite a while. Give that man a raise!

Asked for E-Torx sockets Mexican older worker was rude didn’t know what they were spent over $290 trying things that never worked that stated they would work on packaging just stripped all the bolts. Tried to return all items, the Mexican older guy made a huge scene wouldn’t honor the returns. Finally he agreed to honor some returns he took over $260 dollars worth of returns and only credited me back half of what I’ve returned. I’m out tools I’ve paid for without being properly funded back. All in all he’s committed a form of theft against me. He’s incredibly rude and a lazy worker! This instant happened February 15th Sunday 10am. I’ve spent over 100k on tools and parts with the oriellys brand over the past few years. At this point I’m done with this company.
