Wish I could give no stars, went in for specific parts and was sold parts that on their computer clearly said it did not work for the car we had. Went to the other location on 32nd and they did a much better job. They also said this is not the first time they had to clean up the messes 13ths store have caused customers. I would recommend literally any other location. The 13th one has employees that don’t care and will sell you whatever to get their commission.

I went here to get a new headlight, and even though it was -6 degrees outside, Brady even offered to help me to put my new bulb in! With no gloves! :) Well, he made the attempt at least, but It was just too darn hard to reach, so I guess I have to take it to a shop. Thanks anyway Brady, great customer service with a smile!

Stopped because my brake light on dash was on. I had looked up what could be wrong. Stopped and talked to Ronnie. He checked it and it was the bulb. He was so helpful and replaces the bulbs. Very great young man. 👏

EXTREMELY VERY HELPFUL. The Gentleman that help me found me all the specialty items to do my wheels to wash my engine to spray paint my windshield wipers and they also found me abrasive sandpaper so I can just sand them down & paint the housing unit for my wiper blades. Also spray paint my inner rims black. Work on a couple little rust spots. I would rate this place at 10:00 very kind very helpful very courteous extremely well-mannered cares about the customer and curb appeal wasn't bad once you get out of your car it was very nice and clean! SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! WINK PINK POODLE,

The parts prices are a little more spendy than other parts stores. So I went to another auto parts store and it was way cheaper, plus a 1 year warranty. The customer service was good but the price for the part was more than what I had to spend. It's too bad they don't have a value line.

Twice I went to get rotars turned at this one on 13th ave, they said one was to bad to turn the other was ok, to get me to buy a rotor. I brought them to a other oreillys and they turned both no problem

First visit I needed brake fluid so I asked the guy working where I could find it & he points behind me & says “that will prob work” I asked “probably?” & he says 99.9% sure.. I got it but I honestly would have felt better with a 100% as my vehicle is old and I can’t afford to do anything that would disable it in any way... Second visit just a couple days later I stop to get more & picked up a bigger bottle this time & right as I stepped to the counter to pay for my 1 item the phone rang and wouldn’t you know the guy answers the phone and proceeds to begin an in depth Q & A session with some guy. I left the bottle on the counter & walked out! IThere customer service is non existent!!!

Talk about customer service. Gave me advice/recommendations that I requested on wipers. I was traveling and didn't have long underwear during the blizzard, so I was freezing in that wind. The guy not only put it on, but cleared some ice off of my windshield and wiped down the other blade that he didn't replace. Awesome! I really appreciated it!

Philip is great and super helpful, but Tom K. made my whole year. Helped me figure out everything I needed to get at an awesome price, looked at my car and helped me with my issues on my high mileage truck and I learned a ton too, thanks to him I replaced coils, wires and spark plugs for my first time today with confidence, thank you Tom :) these guys deserve promotions just saying. Hope they get paid enough

just had wife's 2022 wiper blades replaced front and back. Front- windshield- easy - rear window was a chore. book replacement doesn't fit. parts manager tried half a dozen and found one that fits but had to make an adjustment to the body of wiper before it would fit. Korean built Trailblazer. go figger.My hat is off to that crew at 13 Ave O'Reilly's

Awesome experience this evening at the 13th ave store. My old battery died and I limped into the parking lot. Thomas hooked me up with a new battery and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Appreciate the store being open late and the awesome customer service!! Thank you very much.
