Called O Riley‘s in Bedford they said that they would install a battery that I purchased there took me 15 minutes to get there and all of a sudden no one was able to install a battery because it was cold out an they only had two people first off why say that AFTER I buy battary and 2 you know that your ganna have less staff in 15 min!! LAZYNESS!!

My 16 year old daughter just went to buy windshield wipers and the guy came out to the parking lot to install them. They have done that for me in the past too. However, when my daughter asked if they also installed the new taillight bulbs she had just purchased the guy said "no, but I'll be right back." He went to get his tools and came back out and took care of it for her. What wonderful customer service, and going the extra mile to help a young driver out. Thank you!

Parts delivery was super fast. Driver Travis got me the parts I needed fast and was very polite. No dilly dally with that delivery driver. Unlike one lady that took over two hours to deliver parts.

A Guy who works here named Joe is so rude. Everytime I call he has the worst attitude. I won't be shopping at this particular O'Reilly because of Joe. He's that rude I avoid that store like the plague thank to your employee who's very rude named Joe. Don't insult people next time Joe. That's not good customer service. I'm gonna tell all my friends and family about how bad this Bedford O'Reilly is all because of that 1 guy. It's a shame because everyone else in that store is so nice and generous. Except for Joe. That guy makes us customers not wanna retur. So I wanna say thank you Joe for forcing my business elsewhere.

Manager named Joe was absolutely horrible to my husband, profiling and accusing him of scamming the store for money while trying to return parts. The issue at hand was that the card he used to buy the parts was compromised from being hacked a few weeks ago. Joe wouldn’t follow the story at hand, refused to help him out because he ASSUMED he was returning stolen parts even though we have solid proof of purchase and they were absolutely not stolen, and in the end were forced to get a gift card in return instead of getting our money back. He also made sure to call all the local stores so that he couldn’t return these parts somewhere else with someone who would actually help. This guy should be fired. Disrespectful, rude, profiling, and downright unprofessional. This store needs to do better. No such thing as proper customer service anymore. Do NOT recommend and we’ll be sure to let everyone in the area know about this experience.

Jacob was the best on point person, I spoke to in a while. No clue on the color style that was available for car paint and admit it! Told me all it said admitted not fully understanding partial. None of us both fully understand everything was very glad to hear his honesty. Such a great personality to go with it. I can see him going far. From a mechanic to a parts seller. I've been dealing with alot of them for over 30 years. He is one in a million. KEEP THIS KID!!!

This location at 85 S River Rd, Bedford, NH 03110 has always been my go to for my automotive needs. They have always been accommodating in installing small parts like light bulbs. This morning at 8:30 I walked in I was the only one in there. I stood there for a couple of minutes before someone showed up at the counter. I needed to my license plate bulbs replaced. He wouldn't do it. I am in a pillow sling after rotator cuff surgery. I am very disappointed!

This location has terrible customer service and stole $30 from me. I went into the store to get 5 feet of fuel hose. They only had 3 feet, so I had them order more for me. A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn’t find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn’t have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn’t have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, “How would I know you never received it?” He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O’Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don’t have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I’ll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you’re the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

Dave the store manager while finally warranting the item while saying on the phone “it would be no issue” gave me a hard time saying the transfer pump is not rated for propane and will damage the seals, it says right on the label to keep caution when using a flammable liquids and gasoline which includes propane. Without actual knowledge of the product, Dave claimed that it could not handle propane, which is not true as it says right on the back to take care with propane and gasoline products. It also has a lifetime warranty stamp, stamped right on the box, and they’ve tried to give me a hard time, swapping it out. Even though in the end, he still did swap it out, I should not have been given such a hard time about swapping out a transfer pump with a lifetime warranty when I used it for its intended purpose. All I wanted to do was change the transmission fluid in my truck without contaminating it with propane and causing damage to my $10,000 transmission and instead Dave had to give me a hard time and make it take longer to get home working on my vehicle over a $12.99 part that would not increase his store sales whatsoever. that is the opposite of what O’Reilly is about and I’m very upset with my visit.

He was knowledgeable and understanding with me. He went above and beyond to help this college mother out as we were heading back to college that day!
