I hardly ever need to go to an auto parts store and I had to go today and the gentleman that helped me was so rude! He didn’t seem to be that friendly and because he gave me a discount, when I asked if he could put the wipers on that I bought, he said “I gave you a discount and was very reluctant but did it with an attitude! I won’t ever go there again and that store is so close for me!

Ray went above and beyond to help me. I am not from Springfield. Traveled (alone)to Scheels to pick up birthday gift. When I pulled into parking lot, my car was smoking. A man passing by me told me to call this O'Reilly for a new coolant hose. I did. Ray serviced my car without hesitation. Thank you. I drove north 2 1/2 hours.

*** TLDR provided at the very bottom ;) *** They were VERY welcoming, PATIENT, answered all the questions about something so simple as an air filter & can of starting-fluid in a manner that was over & above the norm. They were extremely helpful and thorough for the entire duration, but wait... It gets better.. The air filter they'd advised would do the job wound up being out of stock, so they found the only other one in Stock and adjusted the price SIGNIFICANTLY lower to the price of the first brand & wouldn't hear of it when I'd thanked them for offering to do so & I was fine with the higher brands price, however, that wasn't an option on their side of the counter & rang it up at the lower brands price. This visit was just one of many & every time I go there this is the level of service they've done 100% of the time regardless of who's on duty. *** TLDR? *** Best brands, best prices, exemplary service provided, resolve all issues/questions asked, (even the painfully stupid ones), always the best experience/visit, Hands-down the only place you should go!

Not sure what was wrong with the associate Brian today. My son placed an order online, yesterday to pick up in store. He went today to pick it up. Brian was trying to look up the order, then says he cant find it. My son then tells him he has the email with the information. Then Brian proceeds to say Oh it's an online order. Then goes back grabs the order and tosses it on the counter and says there you go!!! Really!?!?! We have always went to o'Reilly for our parts and everyone else has always been so helpful and friendly!!

I went in to look for windshield wipers and a replacement headlight for my car. The person working gathered my information and car specs. He went to get all the supplies I had told him I was in there for before I could even start down an isle. He offered to change out my wipers and was quick. Thank you guys so much for all you do.

They didn't have my part in stock nor could they order it to the store. However, Jeremy, the associate helping me, contacted customer service and got the part number and gave me the contact information for the company. I never have a problem getting what I need from O'Reilly's and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this auto parts store.

Probably one of the friendliest O'Reilly's I have ever been in. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. The guy that rang me up was very helpful(Nolan). They were quite busy yet still had time to make sure everyone had the help they desired.

Great parts store, and company. Manager at the store I frequent is awesome. He's went out of his way to help me out with parts problems on more than one occasion. The store is clean orderly and bright. Finding what you need is simple or there's always an employee willing to assist. I'd recommend them for sure.

This O'Reilly location went above and beyond for me on 12/23/21 @ 7:30 PM. I mention the time/date so that the specific employees on shift at that time can be identified and commended for their good work. I took my Mazda hatchback there to get a rear wiper installed. It was a somewhat tricky installation as it needed a special adapter and the employees @ the store ended up having to use a different wiper than was originally anticipated. They powered through the issue, without complaining, and didn't quit until they got a wiper that fit perfectly on the vehicle. I really appreciated it!

IT would be nice if people would do the Job they are paid for. Or maybe just a poorly trained employee. The Grand St location is awesome and took care of me.This location don't care as long as they leave at closing. Horrible customer service.

5 Stars – Honest and Helpful! I took my truck to O'Reilly Auto Parts because it was having issues and I was worried it might be the catalytic converter—an expensive fix. The guy who helped me plugged in a diagnostic tool and instead of pushing a costly repair, he suggested I try a gas cleaner first to see if that would help. Sure enough, it worked 100%! Saved me a ton of money. Really appreciate the honesty and helpful advice—highly recommend!

I asked for wipers that were easy to install and Jake instantly offered to put the wipers on for me. I could not be happier with the service and the friendliness I experienced today. That alone makes my visit a value and will get me to come back whenever a need or want arises!

This is by far the best oreilleys in town. They are always super helpful, especially on short notice and they almost always have what I need. The other Oreilleys in town seem unorganized and dirty, this store on Stanford is always clean, always staffed, and always helpful. I recently moved across town and I will still make the drive over here to see Jake the manager, Carl, Randy and Mike. Thank you for always delivering, I greatly appreciate you guys.
