Can I just say WOW!!!! My car wasn’t driven for 8 years because of health problems and naturally it was really affected by the NW weather. It was filthy! It had built in dirt, pollen, algae, mold and debris that no car wash could ever come close to getting rid of. I spoke to Edwin, who was really kind and informative—all around a great guy. He was able to fit me in so quickly that I was honestly shocked by, in a good way of course. I decided to get the premium exterior detailing and ozone (for some mildew inside my car). When I picked it up, it looked like a brand new car again! In fact, it looked even better than when I bought it brand new from the dealership in 2007! The smell of mildew was gone on the inside, and the probable culprits were cleaned out. The exterior is glistening in the sun, and I could see refections of things around me, which I can’t remember the last time it did that. It just looks amazing! I will definitely be a forever customer. Thank you so much Edwin (and your crew) for bringing my car back to life again. I will be making another appt next month for even more work to be done. 😁

Had Edwin detail my brand new Tacoma and my Frs. Only reason I’m giving more than 1 star is because the Frs came out great the first time. When I returned to pick up the Tacoma there were scratches all over. His excuse was I didn’t pay for the premium which comes with a one step polish and the scratches could have been done at the dealer. Not likely, but instead of arguing i paid an additional $300 for the upgraded package as well as tint. Picking up the car I immediately noticed new scratches along the driver side of the bed as well as the hood. Not only that, there were specs all along the window tint, not on just one side, but both. Now I understand these are impossible to completely avoid, but this was not just a few. I brought the truck back to get the scratches fixed as well as the windows fixed. He managed to get both scratches out and fix the passenger side window tint. I scheduled another appointment to fix the driver window, complete a maintenance wash, and an express interior detail. Upon arrival, I’m super happy with the way the tint turned out, I go inside to pay and notice muddy footprints in the truck bed, as well as a dirty microfiber they left in the truck bed. I wait a couple days to roll the window down and I notice the cut on the tint is way off, water spots on the front and rear windows, there’s residue on the gauge cluster, there’s still dirt in the floor mats in the back seat, and from the wash marks on the paint, it looks like someone used a dirty mit. Not only that, but in some areas of the paint, it looks like when they “polished” the car to get the previous scratches out, the pad they used left waves in the paint as well as left over residue on my headlights. Very upsetting. I understand it’s a black car, so some scratches are unavoidable, but with how many times I’ve had to return I won’t be back. I will say, Edwin is a nice guy, but I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here. The attention to detail is seriously lacking. I feel like they pick which vehicles are important, and which ones they can do the bare minimum on.

Was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. Called in on Monday with an emergent need for a complete recondition of the interior of my car. Was in the next morning and they did a phenomenal job on the inside and outside of my car. I even got it back same day! We were so happy with the experience I took my wife’s car in the next day and had them do hers too. Cannot recommend enough. EXCEEDED my expectations! My jeep looks new! It wasn’t super dirty to begin with. They got rid of minor exterior things that I assumed were light damage to the paint. I’m impressed!! They got some short dog hair out of the cargo area I thought I’d have to live with forever. This was definitely more than just a quick once over, it looks so nice! This shop is great! Stop calling around looking for places, this is it. I had a leak in my truck and it soaked the carpet and pads across the driver side. I mean it was really soaked! They gave me a quote and got me in the next day! My truck hasn’t looked this good since the day I got it. No moisture, clean and dry! Excellent service, excellent work, excellent price. Not only did he get them removed, but they went above and beyond to ensure it was properly waxed and buffed where the spots were still showing even after the bath. Northwest Auto Spa was absolutely outstanding! I had a couple scratches on my new Rubicon Jeep and was previously quoted $2,000 for a full repaint — which felt completely ridiculous. I took it to Northwest Auto Spa, and they fixed and painted the areas perfectly for just a few hundred dollars. It looks flawless — you would never know there were scratches!
