"I'm new to this area, and I didn't know how to subscribe to a monthly wash, but the cashier was incredibly helpful. He not only assisted me in subscribing to the monthly wash service but also kindly offered me a cup of coffee. He even guided me through the entire washing process. I highly recommend their soft-touch wash.

If you swipe card for a wash where yo do it yourself the thing goes to almost 4 dollars but they will charge you 10.. so if you was to go spray your car and fill bucket to wash and rinse it will be 20 dollars no matter what. They overcharging

I found that this Normandy Crown station that has brushless car wash is $7 for the basic car wash. I found that to be a reasonable price, I mean it's not a detail place. They do have 2 or 3 booths you can pull in and wash your own car. That may get expensive, depending on if you have OCD. Plenty of vacuums, the Crown station will give you 4 coins for free that give you 12+ minutes to Vacuum your vehicle. They have an Air Compressor to fill your tires, that have a psi gauge on the end, so you know how much air you need in your tires, by the way, they give you free coins to operate the Air Compressor, too. I like this place a lot and the gas is a little cheaper than some of the other places around the area. The associates that work there are extremely friendly and will help you with anything you need help with. Great place to go. Give it a try.

I went here to use the vacuum. Very good vacuum, high powered suction. I only am giving four stars because the next day I checked my bank account and saw they took 10.00. I used my card twice if it was a total of 20.00. What they do not tell people is one, they offer free vacuuming and two the bank puts a hold on your account for the amount of $10.00. When I called the cashier was so nice and explained and sure enough 18.00 was returned. I think they should place a notice somewhere so people are aware.

Self service not recommended. I used the bay closest to the automatic wash. I did not like how when I used my card to pay, it only bought 3 minutes intervals instead of continous use. Also, the spot spotless rinse did not work at all along with the triple foam conditioner. As a small nit pick, the foam brush and the pressure washer hoses kept getting tied up as a walked around my car. Overall not the best experience but pushing through, I did get the basic job done

Make sure you get what you paid for. Machine can make mistakes and wash less than you paid for. If you are unsure approach the guys inside the market. They'll check with video recording and if you are right they will issue a complimentary ticket for another wash. People are very kind.

This is a gas station with a car wash BUT the customer service and hospitality I received from Mr Shiraz at the check in counter was fabulous. It was probably a 2 minute conversation, but his kindness will make be return to this place again. Also I did the premium car wash service and my car looks brand new. Do not bring your car here I will be in touch with management they have damaged my 2018 dodge ram 1500 pay $17 for a tone of clear coat scratches and some deep paint scratches and the attendant said he say no damage.
