Got my truck that was getting its first wash after getting a ceramic coating so I have them specific instructions to pressure wash first then wash so it wouldn't scratch but the just didn't listen so my truck got scratches I will not be going back

The wash was very well done for the interior and exterior. The gentleman running the shop was professional and patient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Have been going to this car wash for years. They always do a consistently good job. Try to go early during the week. They get slammed on the weekend because they are so good. Waiting area is nice and clean. Price is reasonable.

I visited on a Tuesday morning and was one of only three trucks there. The truck looked fine when I left, but as soon as it was in the sunlight, all the missed spots became visible. I drove back to let them know, and they just wiped the areas down with a dirty rag. The person mentioned that they usually leave cars to sit before going back and cleaning up the spots, which made me realize it would’ve been better to do it right the first time. I ended up feeling like I could’ve done a better job myself and saved the money. It was a lesson learned, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
