Went through the touch-free car wash. Price was different on the machine vs. the sign on the wall of the building, but no biggie. Picked the "gold" wash. The sensors seemed off and kept telling me to pull forward, stop, pull forward, stop, back up, pull forward...over and over before wash started. After wash, despite going through the "dryer" super slowly my car was still dripping wet. I got out to towel dry it myself and noticed the passenger side of the car was still covered in soap suds and the front end/bumper/lights and tires were still completely filthy. Would not recommend and will not return.

I went through the soft touch wash and it ripped my back windshield wiper off, and did not clean my car. I tried to call to get into contact with the owner and was unable to. This is the 3rd instance that my or my family’s cars have not been clean after coming out of the car wash.

Tried it once, pumped my money in (alot), turned on and soaped, the rinse was down, lost my money, had to drive away dirty and soapy. There was no phone numbers or other way to get help. Not sure how many others may have been effed before or after me. I wanted to leave a note to stop others from trying but had nor markers.

Stay far, far away from this car wash. I have been here many times but have finally had enough with this place and will NOT be returning. The touch-less car wash stopped working halfway through the wash and left my car covered in soap. The self-service bays credit card readers overcharge you even if the swipe appears to be unsuccessful. The car vacuums are ancient, don't work well, and eat your money. Lastly, the business does not respond to calls or emails and will not make any issues right. Don't waste your time and money here.

Typical 24hour car wash with 2 touch less, soft brush or self serve options for washing. They have vacuum bays to self detail as well. Always clean facility and well lit at night. I feel safe anytime i come here and and when I recently had a technical issue with soft wash bay, just email the one posted and the owner will respond immediately! I recommend this location hands down! When you need a quality self service car wash here’s your spot!

Used to do a good job, I went during this past summer and it did all the soap and stuff and pretty much skipped over the majority of the rinse. Had to finish at home. Shouldn't have to re-wash after a wash. Went back months later and the same. 🤦🏻♂️🤦♀️🤦

NO answer to phone calls or other contact information.. Love this place but not so much today. 😞Was double charged for the wash using the new payment machine, tried all day to call the number, no answer and voice mail box is full. Would love a credit or code for the wash I was charge for.. Third day calling about double charge and stopped by to see if anyone had as there.. No luck yet.. maybe I’ll get a response to this post… gave up trying to reach someone .. time to find a new car wash.

The brush automated machine does not clean with the two large back scrubbers and does not clean the back of the car The machine is obviously not functioning properly. So my wash money was a waste the whole back of the car was untouched. It needs to be repaired I recommend no one use the brushless until it is fixed

Pretty much what you’d expect for a self service car wash. Swiped my card, $15 for 15 minutes. Enough time to get the salt and road grime off my car, including undercarriage. Brush and pressure gun worked as they should. Was relatively clean, especially considering the grotesque amount of salt this state loves to toss onto roadways. No complaints at all.

It was a huge mistake. I took my wife’s brand-new suburban to wash it, and after that, I noticed that the brush had scratched all the shiny black trim. The owners need to improve the quality of the brushes they provide. Additionally, the entire ground was covered in sand and mud from a previous user.

This place should be investigated by the state Atty General. I was charged twice for a single wash, which seems to be standard practice based on other reviews. The phone number isn’t operational and my emails have gone unreturned. The owner is stealing money

First time going here. Just did some muddy jeeping earlier in the day and got real dirty. Went in the soft touch lane and paid my $15 with my card for the gold level wash. Everything was washed besides the inside of the wheel well which is to be expected of an automatic wash and not hand wash. They do have two self serve spaces that I might try another time.
