In 2008, I bought a Chevy Silverado from the Billy Navarre dealership. At that time, my salesman was Nat Banks and I was very satisfied all around. Until a couple of days ago, I was still driving it, but at close to 260,000 miles, it was starting to have a few issues. I decided it was time to shop for a new truck. I called Nat, a manager now at Billy Navarre, and made an appointment. Nat assigned Lane Lebouef as my sales person and at the end of the day, I drove home in a beautiful gently used 2024 Chevy with very low miles, just what was looking for. Lane was very patient and attentive, as was Nat. As you can imagine, 2008 and 2024 year trucks are so technologically different, no comparison, and I had many, many questions, over and over. Lane did well in explaining, answered more questions today, and said he would always be available to help in any way. In addition, i was not happy with my insurance cost, and he helped with that. As a result, I will be saving a lot of money on full coverage. Both Nat Banks and Lane Lebouef were professional, knowledgeable and patient, and I am still a satisfied Billy Navarre customer. Big purchases can feel very overwhelming but Mr. Sam Dixon over at Billy Navarre Hyundai Lake Charles fought really hard for us to get us the most for our trade. He answered all of our questions and was able to help us get the answers we needed to understand our deal and in the end he got us a really great deal and I really appreciate that! I was extremely happy with the salesman Jacob and the dealings and communication with him before, during, and after the deal was made. On the Hyundai survey I gave him a 10 and here he would be a 5 star. The reason it is a four star is because the finance guy didn't have paperwork ready and I was there hours waiting for him and then when I got in there, it was still some time before I could leave. I have done deals like this before and finance had the paperwork ready and I could leave very soon after arriving at the dealership for the car. The GM was super nice and cordial and I'd give him a 5 star here also, he made you feel welcome and appreciated. Only the finance department is keeping this to the four star rating. So know I am very elated with dealing with Jacob and if I have to go back for another one, I will ask for him again and ask that you do too. He is not pushy and has excellent communication.
