What started as just looking around for a bigger car turned into a great experience when buying my Cadillac XT6! Thanks to David I have 3rd row suv that he was able to get me into even while still owing a little left on my tiny Buick. He worked with us and found the perfect car for my family of 5! The service department really came through for me. I was in town for only a few days; I am road-tripping with my family in a fifth wheel and my service engine light came on as I crossed the state line. Michelle was so personable, and I came in and worked with Donnie. His techs troubleshot quickly, and although parts were not on hand, Donnie tracked the fuel pump control module diligently… Chevy took a day to get one from Houston, but the techs put it in right away when it arrived on the truck. Without Navarre’s help (they went out of their way to fit me in) I might be stranded on the side of the highway with a pregnant wife, two hyperactivity ninja kids, and a major headache. Thanks Donnie and Michelle.

I Was greeted at the door . Corey Judice was my sales person . He was very professional and no pressure, he asked what car I had in mind , at the time I had not driven any and he suggested I drive a few different types . No pressure. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the the differences in the cars . When I made my decision he was very timely in getting the paper work to finance. The finance person went above and beyond to get the best interest rate for me . When finished Corey had the car ready sat with me and explained all the workings of my new car and I drove it home that after Great service by all

After searching for months for a very specific trim and color f150 I found one here and let me tell you David Simon hands down is and may very well be the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I just bought a 2026 Chevy Traverse and I cannot say enough good things about my experience — especially because of Monique, Blake, and Trent! Monique was my sales rep and she was absolutely incredible. She was patient, knowledgeable, never pushy, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make it happen. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Blake in finance was fantastic too. Kcee Berry was hands down the best car saleswoman I’ve ever done business with. She was incredibly patient every time I turned down a car or shared my concerns, and she consistently reassured me that her goal was to get me into the right car for me, not just to make a sale. After eight months of shopping and trying to make something I truly loved fit within my budget, we finally did it today! I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Kcee and the entire Navarre Chevy team. I am beyond thankful for all of their help. To top it all off, Kcee held my hand and prayed over my car before I left the lot, a truly beautiful and touching moment. It meant everything to have someone who genuinely cared about me and what I wanted, not just closing a deal. 10/10 experience. I cannot recommend her enough!
