All the employees are very helpful and friendly here. Mark was working today and did a great job! He really cares for the customers. The car wash is very good, in and out quickly. Highly recommend

I tried to cancel my monthly subscription all day and only got an AI that will call me back in 5 days. My subscription renews tomorrow so I drove to the location and they couldn’t help me, this is by design I am sure

Wanted a basic car wash, girl grabbed my credit card rang me up for a $20 wash, asked about receipt, she ignored me. Wheels on driver's side cleaned, but on other side not touched!!! Called and got Bubbles, useless AI. *The phone number they provided is the same one that connects to AI "Bubbles".** "Team Member" never got back to me and there is no way to get past Bubbles.*** Sent me an email, but no response. !!!@@@ Coincidentaly, tire stem on the driver's front tire was damaged and needs replaced.???

First time at this location because it's difficult to get into. But I signed up for free wash with paint protection and was going in that direction. Both workers aided me with directions and my car is very shiny except for bird poop with wax. Not their fault, I'll use alcohol to get it off. Thanks Mr. Magic 🤩!

I had a dilemma with one of my vehicles and a girl named Barbie helped me out at your Clairton/Pleasant Hills Location and she is the reason why I will now get a multi car wash program thank you Barbie. Does her job very well. She is very thorough and she tries to help you get the best deal possible.

I took my car to the wash & they did a very good job with the cleaning throughout the whole process. I got the worker bill & he was very sweet & helpful. Walked me through the steps of how to take my car through the car wash. I was greeted with a smile & i reccomend anyone to come to this car wash. Thank you for being so caring and helpful. 😊

The car doesn’t always come out fully clean, and the drying cycle could definitely be longer. The potholes in the parking lot also need attention. Additionally, I feel the price is a bit high for the results. Hoping these issues can be addressed soon

unfortunately I was charged $48 for a one month wash that I had no knowledge of, when trying dispute the charge and figure out why i was charged for $48 I wasn't given a response other than I was under a promotion for the month that was advertised as $10. No explanation to what I was getting myself into - after the month rolled over I was charged $48 as mentioned and finally got them to cancel my card on file! today is 11/26 day before thanksgiving and was told my last wash will be 12/11, not even a full month. when asked why I wasn't given a response! they only communicate through email so if you call you will not receive any call back. be advised too that the location advertised on their website isn't accurate description what it is today- please be careful they are not credited by the better business bureau so when or if mr magic car wash were to screw you- you're on your own

I bought my black Jeep Cherokee six years ago. Within a couple days of purchase, I signed up for the unlimited wash plan. I could probably count on one hand the amount of times I’ve actually washed and waxed this car by hand. Over the years they have made numerous upgrades to this location. Staff Have always been friendly, and I’ve had no issues whatsoever with this location. I now have the two car unlimited plan and love Having the ability to visit other locations as well.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went into the car wash with a whole, normal car and came out of the car wash with no front bumper. Been through many car washes before with no issues. To make matters worse, the staff was so rude… not helpful or kind about the situation. There was no manager at the location and when I called customer service I got an AI chat bot with no way to talk to a human. I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back for over a week. Really sad way to treat people.

Let me preface this review by saying that they do not accept cash any longer. Other than that the kids and I love going to this gold old fashioned carwash that pulls your car along through the different wash cycles. They did update it with different colored led lights and different colored soaps along the way. The attendants are always friendly and helpful.

I just had another car wash at the magic car Wash in pleasant hills. Ramon is an amazing person who cares about others greatly and it shows. a true professional with a great heart and wants to see you. have a good experience. I will give him six stars if I could. awesome experience as always!
