Update to this…try WetGO for a MUCH MUCH better car wash. Car is cleaner, dry and it’s cheaper. Vacuum is free too. There’s one on 88 in Castle Shannon so it’s a good option if you’re fed up with Mr Magic in MTL. This used to be a pretty good car wash, but is pretty disappointing now. Since it has new owners, they’ve changed things and the car doesn’t get very clean, especially the back that doesn’t look washed at all. I thought it might be just this location, but I tried the Bethel Park location and it’s the same problem. No point in paying so much for such a bad wash. Too bad, used to be a good place and worth the price. Not now.

Stopped in to Banksville location this morning on the way to work to be told no water no wash. Stopped into Castle Shannon after work. Waited in right lane for 15 min due to software issues. Then they started processing left lane only. Waited and waited until clear. Told to back up and re-enter left lane for wash. While paying in left lane, guy in left lane goes right through. Hey guys, at that point it should have been a comp. Not a good day for the Mr Magic Family.

Quick, convenient, they do a good job on the exterior. The interior is up to you, but they have bays where you can vacuum and clean the interior. Get the monthly plan. It's economical, and a good incentive to keep your vehicle sparkling.

Beware! They will talk you into a monthly recurring program and sign you up without your knowledge or authorization. I specifically said I wanted one month trial in May and found out they have been charging my credit card for the last 3 months without my consent and i have washed my car once and then once again when I went to Mt Lebo facility to resolve issue last week. They then charged my card the next day for another month, August. They claim they cannot refund my card(no washes took place) for June and July because I didn't call them or go online and cancel 3-5 days before (BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE CHARGING MY CARD!) ridiculous run around and poor customer service to resolve unauthorized charges. Oh, apparently their policy ( wh I never recieved) is written somewhere at the facility? Anyway, I need to take charges up with my Credit card co co to get the refund. Once the customer service rep heard that she told me she could no longer communicate with me and help bcs she could only deal with CC company?!?!?! I will no longer use Mr Magic Car Wash.....not worth the aggravation of dealing with this company!

DON'T USE MR. MAGIC IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR... Keeping this short. 1) 3 wheels/rims damaged i.e. gouged and chipped; 2) paint stained by equipment/products; 3) wash times have decreased leaving your car dirty; and lastly 4) they discontinued the wipes

BEWARE: Don’t let the attendants touch the screen for you. They signed me up for a recurring monthly payment for car washes and I was not informed. I only went once and paid for three months of car washes. You have to call their customer service to cancel, leaving a message does nothing. Total scam. They only refunded me for this month when the billing occurred after I had already called and left a message to cancel my subscription. They refuse to refund the other three months that I did not use the unlimited car wash.

Great car washing company have been around for years on Mount Lebanon, boulevard and other places in Pittsburgh. I get the cheapest wash $10 And they do a thorough job. I'll post a short video clip. They have lights inside but I didn't get to them before 30 seconds.

Paid $19 for a mediocre wash. I do a better job for $3 at the do-it-yourself wash. Very disappointed. GetGo does a better job if one wants an automated wash, in my opinion. However, given the quick response to my review, and the fact that there is a money back guarantee I will try them again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Try to call….get AI call service. Get a return call back 5 days later. Good luck trying to cancel a membership in a timely manner with out incurring extra charges a month later and then have a highly dissatisfied phone call with Liz the customer service rep.

I filed a claim on 1/5/26 after watching a dryer at this location tear and bend the rubber strip on my car’s roof. The claim was opened, but it took over a month to receive an actual update/response. When I finally heard back, the claim was denied because my car is over 8 years old and the damage was considered “alleged.” While this may fall under their liability clause, it’s unclear why the claim wasn’t denied immediately if the vehicle’s age alone was the deciding factor. I was also told that video footage exists, yet this was not acknowledged in the denial email. This was damage to a just a rubber strip, but the handling of the situation was disappointing. Two employees even told me I’m not the first person this has happened to due to how strong the dryers are. Denying a claim for damage that clearly occurred shows a lack of accountability and concern for the quality of their service. They had to go back into the dryer to GIVE ME BACK my rubber strip.

I chose a membership with Mr Magic here at the Castle Shannon location for a number of reasons. The main reason that I chose this location is 100% because of the friendliness of the employees. Everyone always has a very positive disposition they're always extremely helpful and they actually care. Out of all the Mr Magic locations this one gets my car the cleanest and actually dries my car the most. The vacuums are strong and the line moves quickly. I rarely have to wait even if there is a line.

They purchased a monopoly, raised prices so high it made sense, if you have no other way to wash your car, to buy a monthly membership. Their website does not function. You cannot do anything in the app. There's just no customer service. The people who actually work are excellent. They're professional yet fun to talk to.

I’ve been a member of the Mr. Magic Car Wash unlimited wash club for about ten months, using the MVP Unlimited plan for two vehicles, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve visited seven different locations, but the Castle Shannon site is my primary stop—the staff there is always helpful, friendly, and courteous. I typically swing through several times a week on my way to and from the office, and the service is consistently excellent. The quality of the washes is outstanding, and my vehicles always look spotless—my car is truly never dirty. The wash club offers tremendous value, and I highly recommend Mr. Magic to anyone looking for convenience, quality, and great service.
