Super disappointing service. Mr. Magic used to be my go to car wash because of the quality making it worth the money. Just went today and after going through my car was completely covered in soap. I pulled right around and they were unsurprised to see me and said this happens a few times a day, sending me right back through. I would think it should be fixed but would have let it go. I was then surprised by the poor vacuum care. I pulled up and as I tried to figure out why they weren’t working the person next to Me kindly let me know that neither of them worked. He offered his on the far side once he pulled away, but that also barely worked. For the price of the wash- your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

I don’t know if this location is under new management, but it definitely isn’t the same Mr. Magic I became accustomed to. I’ve noticed some of the new employees aren’t very friendly and the last few times I’ve been through my car hasn’t even gotten clean yet still has soap all over. So then I have to go back through. I don’t think those different colored foam cleansers are working properly or are the correct thing because I was just at a pretty amazing car wash while out of town and I was amazed at how clean and shiny my car was. This is the first time I have done a review because I am so disappointed in the service and quality that has become this location. Better service and value at Getgo SMH

There was an issue with the equipment involving the vehicle in front of me. The two young attendants worked diligently and very hard to ensure that the customers in line will get the service they paid for. It was about a 15 minute wait but the quick actions of the employees led to the customers being satisfied. Unforeseen events can occur. They followed protocol and remained very calm and got the job done! I was impressed! I’m confident in this location knowing that if incidents occur I can still depend on receiving GREAT SERVICE!

Good people. On sale so $16 signature wash was $13. Car sparkles. Quick too. They put a nice scrub on the bumpers and came out looking far better than I expected. Sold! I’ll be back. Thank you. 👍🏻🙂

The WORST customer service ever! Thanks to Derek I didn't get my car wash today I pay for every month. I got my membership before I changed my CA license plate to PA. Every time I came to wash my car, every agent at the station just put my plate number in the system and it wasn't a problem. They told me to call and change my license plate number, because there is no way to do that online. I called multiple times and nobody picked up the phone. So I pay for the membership but can't wash my car - it's a SCAM! When I asked for the manager, Derek told me that nobody is available and there is no phone number I can call to talk to the manager - it's a lie and totally unacceptable. Derek just kicked me out!

Car wash was great. I had a coupon for a free car wash so I thought I’d give it a try. I usually go to giant Eagle and use their car wash, but this blows them out of the water. I couldn’t believe how much cleaner and shinier car was.

I’ve been using this car wash for years without issue. The last few times have been awful! Ripped off back wiper blade , poor cleaning, random black lines left all over car, and most recently there’s a large deep scratch on the front of my car. It’s bad enough I have to take it to get repaired at a body shop. Super disappointed. Scared to use this car wash again. I might have to cancel my plan.

Took my car to Mr. Magic today because everyone raves about how good it is spent $20 on a car wash and didn’t even clean the car. My hood is still atrocious. It didn’t clean it at all. The only plus side to this experience was the employees were very helpfulto get my car into the wash

I’ve been washing my cars with Mr. Magic for several years without any problems — especially at the Pleasant Hills location, which has always been great. However, my experience at the Brentwood location has been extremely disappointing. My back wiper blade has been ripped off multiple times there, the cleaning quality is poor, and streaks and lines are left all over the car. Most recently, during a wash, the front wiper blade was pulled off and snapped back against my windshield, causing a small dot mark. At first, I thought it was just a tiny mark, but over the next couple of weeks, it spread into a much larger crack. I have filed a claim as per staff suggestion — which was later declined without a valid reason. Now, I’m left paying for windshield repairs out of my own pocket. To make matters worse, the assistant supervisor was rude when I asked about the process. I’ve never had any issues at the Pleasant Hills location, but I’ll never return to Brentwood again. Very disappointing experience from a company I’ve trusted for years.

My husband signed up for a monlthy subscription without realizing it. In fact, they continued to charge him for carwashes on top of the monthly fees. They never emailed or texted to confirm subscription. It was easy for me to miss on our credit card statement because he did legitimately go to that car wash sometimes. I finally did notice the charges were on the same day each month so I called to cancel and ask for a refund. They would only refund one month. They claimed he should have known he was signing up for a subscription because he was required to enter personal information on the kiosk... ok. Even though it's clear he didn't know and that they kept charging him for individual car washes, they still wouldn't provide a refund for any additional periods. I think this is unfair and if you have anyone who us maybe older or who doesnt speak English as their first language (like my husband), it would be really easy to accidentally sign up for the monthly subscription and the company will take advantage of that.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went into the car wash with a whole, normal car and came out of the car wash with no front bumper. Been through many car washes before with no issues. To make matters worse, the staff was so rude… not helpful or kind about the situation. There was no manager at the location and when I called customer service I got an AI chat bot with no way to talk to a human. I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back for over a week. Really sad way to treat people.
