I went through last night and the attendant did a terrible job of directing me onto the tire track. I heard a scraping noise and when I got home there was a large gouge in my rim. I immediately canceled my unlimited membership.

I paid for the membership and the second to highest level you could possibly get at this car wash. After going through the car wash my car is still dirty. I merely ask for my money back and they said they could only give me the difference between a regular wash and the membership fee which was not even the amount of a car wash to begin with... This place is just a con.. they use dirty water and put in as much people as they possibly can only people that will see benefits from this car wash are dumb enough to run their car as many times as they want through the carwash never realizing that that many times can have damaging effects on your paint job... They're supervisors at customer service say that you cannot talk to corporate and they're very rude condescending speak over you and tell you what's going to happen and then try to make decisions for you... The ladies working in that office sitting in that high of a level do not have the mental capacity to be civil and do their jobs appropriately... I feel like I was scammed out of my money and they won't even give it back now....

Vacuum cleaners don’t work properly in many cases. Also, I have noticed they are not open on snowy days, this is the second time I came today and they are closed.

I like this. Sometimes you get vacuums that don't work, the staff can't help you manage your account, the app works poorly, and otherwise it's just a regular car wash.

Like most Mr. Magic's as far as wash goes. Tight 180° turn for a crew cab pickup. I have to back up to make it. The wheel roller seems to have trouble with pickup truck tires on this one. The roller slips under the tire sometimes. A worker told me it happens alot with trucks

Stay clear of any membership involving any of these car washes. They give you free membership but then charge you before it is supposed to charge you. You have to call but then nobody answers the phone.. nobody calls you back and there’s no cancellation button on their website… feels very scammy… finally got through to someone after calling for a week straight and they said it was a glitch in their system that it charged me and refunded me. And then had the nerve to ask if I was sure I went to cancel. Uhhhh YES. And will never ever come back with a membership. What a terrible experience ….

I’ve been a monthly member of this car wash and never had problems at other branches, but the Banksville Road location is consistently disappointing. The place is not well maintained — most of the vacuums are either not working at all or have very poor suction that can’t even clean crumbs. Today, I had to try five different vacuums before finding one that actually worked properly. Whenever I try to speak with a manager, they’re never available, and the staff just say there’s nothing they can do. It’s really frustrating, especially since I pay for a monthly membership. I don’t know if this company has a headquarters or anyone who inspects their locations, but this branch definitely needs an audit and proper maintenance.

A few years back I lost a rear wiper arm at the Banksville location. As I recall it was covered in a clear plastic bag, but the spinner took it anyway. I have a different vehicle now and I've had no issues since. The staff are very nice, and they use tape on the rear wiper now instead of bags. The subscription is totally worth it.

I'm fed up with this place. The car wash itself doesn't clean well at all, meaning for the amount I paid, the vacuum cleaners never work properly, there's always a queue, and something is constantly broken or closed. This car wash is driving me crazy. Give me my money back, I'm unsubscribing.

Nicely run car wash, employees are helpful and always available. Love the hours 8-8 so I can get my car cleaned when I have time. You’ve got to go slow lining up for the wash, the turn to get into the wash is kinda tight.

Good place for your automatic car wash and very affordable if you enroll in their monthly membership. You can use their free vacuum and clean the interior. Monthly membership costs 19.99 you can go for unlimited washes.

This particular Mr. Magic is absolutely awful. I paid $25 to have streaks of dirt remain all over the vehicle. I realize it's not going to be perfectly clean, but the wind and rain would have done a better job. The reason for the three stars is that the employee I was speaking with was absolutely delightful.

i never leave reviews. i took my truck through here at about 1 pm on 12/18/25, i paid for the $25 wash, it left my truck dirtier than it was before. all it did was spread dirt and send it flying all over my paint, and it took a chunk of my clear coat off of my door. paying for a $25 wash, i expect it to be atleast clean, and not rip my paint off. super disappointed with what happened. i won’t be coming back here after that. these pictures were taken after driving to a gas station around the block from the wash, only one side of the truck and it’s that dirty

Absolute crap car wash. First, you pull up to the kiosk and get told credit cards only. Then they over charge you got a car wash that does not even get the car clean. This one is craw. Find one that will actually clean your car. This one failed. I won't go back.
