It's not what it used to be I don't know why it's changed hadn't been there in a while the bay I was in had no pressure plenty of soap coming out of the brush though but not enough pressure to rinse it off the car I said something to the guy who told me to move to the next Bay he make me happy that it had the same pressure as the other one and he saw me washing my car but when he turned it on it had three times the pressure of the one I was on took me less than a minute to rinse the soap off the car didn't care for the attitude they now have a detail shop there I used to love that car but I probably won't be back again

Doesn't take cards and you have to put in multiple dollars for the machine to start. I was a quarter short and it wouldn't start with out it. I had to leave my soapy car there and walk to the nearest car the did cash back. The change machine also give so tokens instead of change so you are stuck with useless coins after.

The drive-thru wash is overpriced for what it is. First time thru the wash (the best wash they offered) my car was still noticibly dirty on the right side. The owner was working there & gave me another wash. Still wasn't great after the 2nd time thru. I'll be finding somewhere else most likely. Glad the owner was nice about it tho

Don’t use this car wash!!!! Nothing works except sprayer (low pressure) and foam brush. Huge waste of money. Spots all over vehicle. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Self serve bays are too tight. It was out of pre-soak, high pressure soap, spot-free rinse and clearcoat protectant. The only things that was working is rinse and foam brush. There are a lot of homeless people around begging for the money and making place dirty. There is a big sign that this wash has best deal in town - $3 for 5 min. which is completely not true and Squeeky’s self serve on Colonial Dr was much better in all aspects before it was burned down. In my opinion, the closest best self serve for now would be on Goldenrod near 408. Would not be returning here unless I would have no other options.

Poor excuse for a touch less car wash. I can forgive them for being cash only but half the settings didn’t work to dispense soap and they don’t run off of quarters but their own car wash “coins.” Avoid if you can!

Great great place. Customer service was awesome. They also just opened up a new automatic car wash which does an amazing job. It took 6 months worth of dirt off from my car in one wash. Definitely recommend it. Especially since there are NO long lines. And everything is newly renovated. #freecarwash.

I recently visited Cast Wash and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The facility itself is run-down and unappealing, which unfortunately mirrors the poor performance and functionality of the car wash. My experience began with getting change for a $10 bill. Instead of receiving quarters like at most car washes, they dispense their own coins, which can only be used at their location. While this is clearly posted, it seems to serve two purposes: to reduce theft due to the area and to ensure they keep your money. When I finally started the wash, I was met with a complete lack of soap. A car wash without soap defeats the purpose entirely. Additionally, the water pressure from the "high pressure" gun was comparable to a standard water hose, and the hose gun itself was leaking. Overall, Mr Big's Super Car Wash provided an incredibly subpar experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent car wash. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. This place is a BIG waste.

This is a do it yourself car wash but they also have a guy washing cars. I had him do the inside and outside of my car I am very satisfied it was love bug season and the destroyed my car. He charges $10 for the outside and $20 for inside and out.

Complete waste of time. Had to wash my car at home right after leaving this place. Also hopefully you are going right home because the hoses rain soap all over you while you try to wash the car. Floor is covered in trash and razor blades. Half the options don’t work on the water gun thing. It says 4 dollars but charges you 10. I tried to use the brush on my wheels because I had some time left, it also rained soap all over me and the car I just rinsed. So I got to put 10 more dollars in just to get water to rinse it again. 20 dollars. To leave with my car looking worse than I arrived

1 star only because there's no 0 star option. Just Awful!!! only 1 bay has nozzles that work, glass on the ground, nothing actually works, and just look at the photos, that's is what's out back. trust me save you money!

DO NOT COME HERE! The carwash advertises on all signs $4! $10 was taken from me. The coin machine only gives you $1 coin that can only be used here. The water dispenser didn’t even work! I had to wipe all the soap off with my rag!
