This man is a genius. We bought a New Black SUV. It was horribly scratched from detailing. This man did paint correction and then did a ceramic coating. This vehicle at this point is mirror slick. The vehicle is car show ready. I will use this man for all our vehicles. Pictures will follow. Amazing work. I highly recommend the ceramic coating. It makes all the difference.

What is the purpose of a detailing company if they decline to actaully detail. Made an appointment for 1230 for a premium package on Monday. That Monday got a call at 1230 to reschedule after we already showed up to the location. The reschedule was for Saturday the 11th and he showed up just to complain about doing the job he is getting paid to do and charge 40 extra for what is already covered in the premium package, to charge another 150 for a respirator for a small amount of mold which is harmless outside in the open, to which we said ok, just for him to say he didn't want to do it and complain about the amount of time it would take to do the job. There is no disclaimer anywhere on the site that says your car has to be in a certain condition or they can turn it down just because they don't want to do it. We were then recommended a different detailing company with a team....We went with Mpire for the 4.9 review like any logical person would do. Save your time and just go with an ACTUAL detailing company and get your car taken care of instead of having your time wasted with someone who is unprofessional.

Great company and great service! After a whole coffee spilled out onto my driver’s seat, I knew I needed a good interior cleaning. Mpire was able to schedule an appointment for me the next day, at a much lower rate than other car detail companies in the area, and it was very convenient since they come to you and bring all the equipment needed! Jeren was prompt in his arrival and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to about what I needed. He was very detailed in his cleaning and my car looks amazing now! No more coffee smell either! And he left a air freshener for the car as well! Such a great experience from Mpire Auto Detail and I highly recommend them!

I've been having Jeren detail mine and my fiancee's car for a while now on a regular schedule and he always does a fantastic job. I also appreciate his easy to use website and software. It allows you to easily schedule appointments and sends automatic reminders to your phone. Also, they're an honest company. During the peak of summer I had a full detail (exterior + interior) on a large black cargo van. He wasn't able to finish the interior portion due to the extreme heat. Even though he made it more than 50% through, he didn't make me pay for any of the interior detail work that was done. I always prioritize communication and honesty from companies, so I would 100% recommend giving them a chance.
