This is the best (production) carwash in Morgan Hill.You have to do the inside yourself, clean windows etc. I am amazed at southern california car washes with many fast people really cleaning a car inside and out for ca. $10, plus we leave a tip. They must make money and provide a lot of jobs as it is usually very crowded but fast. My worst complaint here is the guys who ought to be directing me in are often looking at each other, waving me in, and yakking as I bump into the curb! The wash is decent, they always, well, usually, have clean towels and are generally cooperatively responsive to special requests ("please get bugs off of grill") kind of things. Their filtered and recycled water seems to always be clean and I don't have muddy reside on my car as I have at one of the other places which charges much more.

Great price! Just updated there carwash system so all of that is new, and free vacuum when they give coins, and if not 50 cents to vacuum is a great price. Just moved to Morgan Hill not to long ago and this is my go 2. Towel service and window spray is a bonus. One stop shop!

This place sucks they push you through the car wash so fast that it can't even clean your car correctly I bought the month pass for $66 that would help me keep my car clean but yet know I still have to get out at wipe it down from the dirt it missed.. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Car washes leave a nice finish and the fact that it offers free vacuum cleaning is a big help and a big plus. Chevron on Monterey Rd by vineyard plaza is the most visited gas station than the others.

Very fast service! When we got there and there was no line. The guys running the car wash were helpful and it only took about 5 mins total. Car looked nice after a long drive through the valley! Thank you!

It's OK - better than having a totally dirty car but not as good as washing in your own driveway. Got an "Ultimate" wash there today. All wheels weren't cleaned, nor was rear of car - it looks like THEY added splatter down the front right side and passenger door?!? So if this mess was then given a Carnuba wax job on top then they sealed in a layer of dirt - thanks guys..... - Next day, Saturday morning: Well, who'd have thunk it? This morning I find that about 4 hours after I was prompted by the Maps app for a review (and left one) that the business owner posted a reply? As a business owner, are you doing after-hours follow-up on the day's reviews like these guys? As you can see, their reply was professional and courteous with an offer for a redo on the wash. This shows a responsive business owner who wants to provide their best service and takes steps to correct issues. Gotta respect that kind of attention to detail and professionalism. - I've bumped them up from my original 3 to now 4 Stars, not out of generosity but because they've earned it. I'll go back for the redo and see if they can claim the remaining Star #5.

Ive been a monthly member here for a couple years now and never really had any issues with the guys there. It wasn't until their brought the current female employee that's there that the issues arrived. I don't know what she does but everytime she's there , she holds up the line. Never had the issues when the usual guys are working there. Not only that but whenever I request a towel or spray bottle she gives a sort of attitude or just looks so annoyed at being asked. Last time she just ignored me and had one of the gentlemen attend me. She definitely needs to work on her customer service

Unfortunately I also have had bad experience with the certain employee that the woman described in the recent review. I love this car wash. I have the 10 pack that they provide since we have multiple cars that we bring and it's so convenient. Aside from that, that Ebert guy was the sole reason why we moved from that other car wash in Cochrane. Guy kept on trying to flirt with me and trying to get my number. Made me uncomfortable. If that guy is there then I will have to just find another car wash. Obviously this owner is just doesn't seem to care about it's customers. Dude is a walking red flag.

I didn't realize that this car wash provides nice, new, clean rags on a cart with spray bottles of glass cleaner. I haven't ever seen this in the past but it's a great service! The1 car wash does a great job cleaning and the vacuums there are high powered and do a fantastic job. On this last visit, one of the employees (Thomas I believe) even brought me a bottled water while I was vacuuming as it was a really hot day. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks very much for the 50% off coupon!!

I have been extremely happy with the service with the front line employees. The ladies always has a smile and very polite. My cars always look nice when complete. I am a monthly loyalty member and a great value to have your car washed unlimited. Love the guys inside the store as well. With the numerous existing and more popping up car wash locations in MH, Monterey Vineyard Car Wash stands out as the best. Very reasonably priced, best packaged deals, state of the art car wash, complimentary window cleaner, dry towel, mat cleaner, compressor/blower, vacuum & great, friendly, professional staff. Shout out to Lovejit & her husband. Their care for this establishment and customers really resonate.

Got the works wash. Includes wash vacuum and interior vacuum and wipe down. They didn't even remove the 2 or 3 pieces of trash in the door. Did not vacuum or wipe the door. These guys used to be good. Now you have to check everything the past 6 months. Every time, I find missed stuff. Last time, it looked like they sloshed the inside with a dripping wet rag and left it. No good guys!!

The updated new facilities are fantastic! They do a great job, clean Spot Free car, fast, the free vacuum is really nice as well. They also provide glass cleaner and towels and all for a really low price and helpful staff. $20 a month for unlimited washes. My van has never looked so good.

Very efficient, quick, polite and customer service staff attending the car wash. The drive through machine does an excellent job cleaning the vehicle. I like the options they have to vacuum for free and provide free towels. It does a great job on the car and doesn't cause any damage I've been using them for years.

The car wash is all updated it does a wonderful job never has it damaged my car . Free vac that are new and a air blower that will get where the vacuum can't. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
