That car wash is terrible. I went through the wash, and I don't know what happened, but while my truck was being washed automatically, the machine malfunctioned and broke my right-side mirror. I went to the manager, and they refused to take responsibility. They said my mirror was already like that, which is a lie. My truck was fine. They supposedly showed me a video, but you can't see anything in the video. They insisted that my mirror was already broken, but it wasn't. My truck is new. It's a terrible car wash; I don't recommend it because they don't take responsibility for the damage.

Camron and Dakota were amazing. Camron was informative and explained all the washes and the perks of each. And Dakota was polite and kind when pulling into the tunnel, usually get scared of things like this but they made my experience more comfortable and welcoming. Customer service here is great. The employees are amazing! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have signed up for a membership. Dave is normally there in the morning time when I arrive and he normally helps out walking around wiping down cars for customers that are there cleaning out the inside of their cars. I think that's exceptional behavior. I appreciate this location and that's why I'm a member

BEST CAR WASH EVER!! I was greeted with the biggest smile and the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. After a 12 hour journey through the snow of Upstate NY-- my car now looks magical and brand new. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My car needed a good wash after being in Ohio for 2 weeks with salt and snow on the ground. I purchased the cheapest wash because it’s supposed to rain soon but wanted the road salt removed. My car came out surprisingly clean! I was wiping it down afterwards and Joseph offered to help. I couldn’t reach the middle of the hood or windshield. I looked up and he was helping. He also put tire shine on my tires after asking if it was ok. I’ve never had anyone offer to help before! Joseph was kind and helpful. I highly recommend MOD carwash. Joseph went above and beyond. Made my day!
