★★★★★ I love mod wash particularly this one because it's close to my house the staff is great. Brett is a cool and helpful young man.....he's in the pic with me. I love the free air fresheners. My only complaint is I wish they stayed open earlier and later because I go to work at 6:00 a.m. and sometimes I'm not home until after 8:00 p.m. Other than that Mod Wash is a solid A1 car wash establishment.

★☆☆☆☆ Attention local community at st Petersburg FL if you or anyone of your family or loved ones have a membership with modwash carwash pay attention to the details I'm about to give you Modwash are involved in illegal business practices they take membership transactions from their customers and deny access to your car claims your account is suspended after you already paid your due I submitted screen shot of my bank account to show the community that mod wash took a payment of $21.39 on August 22nd and since that day they denied access to my car at the carwash Be aware they will tell you a glitch in the software or they changed the software together it's not !!!! I also want to mention that I went to a second location and my car was almost damaged by the employee for unaware how to operate the equipment the manager of this location harassed one of her employees in very Racial way infornt of me only because he was a black person!! I went to wash the car went in and came out with car damage to the paint I went to claim the damage the told me to go to a different location they also where using sewage water that went into my AC vents and stinked the hole car was BO This business is very unprofessional customer service wise and equipment wise I blocked them from my bank account just now after I failed to get a refund or use access of the carwash I think I been stolen from 21 dollars by them and no way I'm getting them back Also if you don't believe my review you can go ahead check their reviews on Reddit I'm not the first person to get frauded by them I found out I'm not alone they have been doing this illegal business practices for a while now I thought that is my duty to let people aware of this issue that is seem to continue to happen As of now I'm going to make some phone calls to some interesting government employees who I have to happen to know from my previous career and I'm sure they will do something about it !!!!
