Tonight, I experienced the kind of customer interaction that turns a great company into an outstanding one. After leaving the supermarket, I noticed my tire sensor light pop up. Coincidentally, I was across from a ModWash location, so I decided to pull in. To my dismay, the location had just closed. However, what happened next truly blew me away. Despite the late hour, an employee greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to assist me with my issue—without even knowing I was already a ModWash member! Their willingness to help, even after hours, speaks volumes about ModWash’s commitment to exceptional service. This kind of care and professionalism ensures that I’ll be a loyal customer for life.

Shady. Won’t refund unauthorized reoccurring charge at wash. Won’t pick up phone at “corporate”. You’ll have to dispute and stop payment with credit card. Never again.

This car was great when first opened. I purchased a basic car wash ($12) plus tire shine ($5) but only one tire has shine on it. This is the second time that I have had this problem. No one was around to address it this time so I left. The overall car wash isn’t good either. Mirrors still dirty as well as the back window. Waste of money!

This was a good carwash until I needed to cancel our subscription and they keep taking out. I cancelled on their website back in August. September came and they took out 30 dollars. So I called the customer service. They said that they will take care of it and it was cancelled. October came and once again they took out 30 dollars. I disputed through our bank and have emailed modwash at their customer service email. No response. Now it's November and once again they have took out 30 dollars so I emailed again today. No response. Didn't realize this was gonna be a lifetime subscription that you can never get out of. Don't give this business your card info, they will just keep taking and taking and taking No matter what steps you do to cancel 😐 Update: no resolution was found and wasn't able to get refund with our bank since when you cancel online they don't send you any type of confirmation and when you call you have no proof of what you were calling about, so no evidence to give the bank to state that you had tried canceling for months.

Really nice employees here and brand new. Two employees offered to help dry my car. Superb service. Nice location to neighborhoods nearby and new Publix. This is my favorite one because they care so much about the service. Update: Kayley and I think his name is Nathan are so personable and helpful!! I really appreciate him remembering which air freshener I prefer and her going g out of her way to help shine up my wheels. Also the guy with red hair that guides you in is really great at it! 💜🩷🤍🧡 them! The best crew of any in town I’ve been to so far. 🙂 They deserve a raise. <3
