I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and have usually been satisfied with the wash service. I have 3 vehicles that I would bring at least once a week each. Today, I come by to quickly to wash my Golf that’s been very much cared for. As I’m exiting the wash tunnel, I notice that my driver mirror is broken and the glass is cracked down the middle. When I bring this to the attention of the attendant he says that because my car is over 5 years old, they won’t do anything. Well, all of my vehicles have the driver mirror flipped forward when going through the wash, even the ones that are less than 5 years old. This just happened to be the one time that it broke. Now I’m screwed because I have a vehicle that’s out of their 5 year old window? The likelihood is just as high no matter how old it is. I will not be returning with ANY of my vehicles.

Waste of money. 24 dollars should get a much better wash. Didn’t clean glass, hood, grill or tailgate. tire shine was scattered about and appears the machine isn’t set up or working correctly. This place has gone down hill fast.

This used to be a very good car wash for the money. They keep removing brushes and sprays and using less soap and water. Today the first brushes hit my truck before it was wet, this is not good. I will probably give it one more chance before I cancel my membership.

Went here on a hunch bc it has good ratings, attendant was nice at stalk but the one guiding has clearly done this multiple times, splitter was torn off due to her not guiding on the ramp properly or even bending down because my car has a splitter and is low. Went to confront attendants and the right hand yellow guide is worn down due to cars scratching, pulled my splitter down when she told me to back out, getting a lawyer because the manager was a pile of trash who excused every blatant mistake. As you can also see the car wash DIDNT EVEN CLEAN MY FRONT GRILL. never going back to any location and will never let anyone with a nice car go here.

Update: finally heard from someone and been paying FL membership price somehow since new system update and they will not refund even though it’s their system fault. I haven’t done anything different since bought from Zips. they said not their problem and no help what so ever after 11 emails. terrible customer service and no care for client. I have emailed 7 times now with no solution. Have called and held over an hour to speak to someone without anyone answering the phone. Over charged me 2 months! Something been wrong at the place for 3 months straight and things always tearing up. 😡😡😡

I’m going to have to give it a low rating. I do isn’t want to have to. I especially enjoy the free vacuums, and everytime I go here the managers have been friendly. I have ran into a worker here being unprofessional about his job and my car went through some damage at this car wash. When I filed a claim and they replayed the videos and seen their machine brake my car, they came up with every reason why they wouldn’t fix my car. We all heard the loud pop noise when it was braking my car. They tried to say because my car is a 2016 I got for 8000 that it’s an old car and these parts fall off. I have never been so displeased with the way a team could handle such affairs. THE REASON THEY HAVE INSURANCE IS TO FIX THE CARS THEY BRAKE. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. Clearly they are more worried about themselves than your vehicle or membership you pay to join. Let your car run through there if you want.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Paid $17 for the tire clean and shine wash. Machine did not do it. After having to wait for the manager for 20 minutes, refused to refund the $7 extra I paid for the service I did not receive. Had to escalate the call to a regional manager and another 20 minutes wasted. Took about another 15 minutes to figure out how to process refund. Completely unacceptable.

Been a member here for a little over a year. Everyone is always on point and helpful! As long as you properly prep your vehicle, the wash does a fantastic job! Vacuum’s do a great job too.. They’re great because they suck! 🤣 but seriously much better than some places that barely get the job done.
