Literally the best Car Wash in the area! The membership is a great value - my car is always clean and shiny! ModWash also provides microfiber towels, sprays and free vacuum's. I love this spot!

I’ve been coming to this ModWash since it opened. At first there were a few things they needed to tweak, but they’ve done a great job of improving the experience. My car always comes out clean and the bays to park and clean the rest of the car are so helpful! Staff is always very friendly. Highly recommended this modwash.

Don't come here. Writing this the night of Feb 1, 2022. Went there for the first time tonight for their car wash, and my car just got scratched HORRIBLY. This isn't even half of the damage on my mid size SUV. Update on Feb 5: Bad people. They reviewed their cameras after suggesting that the scratches were on my vehicle prior to the car wash. After finding no evidence of that claim, they're now claiming that something happened after the car wash, in the 20 minutes before I created this post. Lol. As if there is something else that could have caused these evenly spaced, rhythmical scratches. These are bad people who can't admit their faults. Avoid this place at all cost.

Purchased a membership online and the machine doesn’t recognize my license plate. The employees said there is nothing they can do about it and I have to cancel and purchase it at the car wash for it to work. Wasted $20 dollars

Vacuums on the right side were very limited on suction. The courtesy towels are convenient when they are available. Watch for ice buildup near the vacuums, very dangerous! My visit must have been on a day with limited staff. Hopefully this business will improve on customer relations.

She is disrespectful to customers. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager, and she told me she was the manager

I came in on 1/18/26 and I paid $19.99 for a standard wash. Got up to the door and was told to back up because the conveyor system broke and no time frame on when it may be working. I politely told the young lady I need a refund because I do not have a membership. She looke at me and said "I am very sorry but there is nothing I can do, there is no management in today." She said I will have to leave and call corporate for a refund and that was it. I came here alot but this was just very unprofessional for this establishment. They weren't even telling anyone about it being broke until they were up to the door. I guess I will have to call corporate on Monday and hope they do me right on this.

I absolutely love this car wash! It is so fast and convenient, that my new Jeep looks awesome as it should!! Definitely quicker than going thru a drive thru for so called fast food!! Employees are very helpful and friendly. Convenient for a quick wash, or a total clean and sweep. Easy to enter, and easy to get back out in traffic...major plus!! Definitely recommend, and it's a great value for keeping your vehicle clean and fresh!

They keep trying to charge our card every two weeks smh...we are canceling after this month. Also, not enough direction after cars pass the gates; someone should be there directing traffic to move forward and such, and have seen multiple cars have the gate close on the backs of their cars, including ours...needs better mgmt:/
