"Simply The BEST".... I sent in a request through the web for a quote for ceramic coating for my new car. Within less than two hours, Dustin called me back and went over the entire process. Dustin was able to book my appointment and got my car in just a couple of days on Friday. The shop is closed on weekends, but Dustin offered to allow me to pick up the car on Saturday morning if I chose to, so I wouldn't be without the vehicle all weekend. So let me tell you, this ceramic coating that Dustin applied is absolutely freaking beautiful!! The ceramic coating application was done with the most pristine and excellent attention to detail I have ever seen. I was referred to Modern Motorcars through another coworker that has had their vehicles repaired in their body shop, which I will say was done perfectly! Two years ago, I had my C8 Corvette ceramic coated at Modern Motorcars in Nixa, and unfortunately, the results didn’t meet my expectations. When they recently ran an advertisement, I left a reply expressing my disappointment. To my surprise and genuine appreciation, Kirby Polaski from Modern Motorcars reached out to me personally right away. He said something along the lines of, “I want to try and resolve this or make it right for you. I apologize if you’re having any issue with your ceramic coating. We’d like to offer to redo it completely using our top tier 9-year Gtechniq ceramic coating, including a full paint correction to address everything properly and ensure it’s done right.” I was absolutely blown away by his proactive approach, sincerity, and willingness to stand behind their work. I took him up on the generous offer, and I’m so glad I did. I just picked up my car today, and the transformation is incredible it’s legitimately better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The paint is now completely free of those annoying swirl marks from the original dealer prep, along with any other minor defects that were there before. The shine is unreal, it’s the deepest, most mirror like gloss I’ve ever seen on my Corvette. Dustin did an outstanding job with the correction and application—the attention to detail and craftsmanship were top notch. To top it all off, Kirby surprised me with a free Gtechniq detail bag, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. This experience has completely renewed my confidence in Modern Motorcars. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, quality work, and going the extra mile (far beyond what’s expected) has turned a negative into one of the best service stories I’ve ever had. Modern Motor Cars Detailing did an incredible job on my 2017 Lexus LX. They performed a full paint correction and the results are unreal—the paint looks deep, glossy, and like-new again.
