I tried out this car wash. After I paid for the wash on the screen then asked for a Tip. I assume the tip is for the crew to press a button?!?! Do not provide wipe down towels or glass cleaner like most self car washes offer. Very disappointing this car wash was not like this before.

I have been a patron of this business for years, and it WAS my favorite car wash. I will not spend another dime here. I went through the wash with my F-150, and I ended up getting scratches on the driver’s side doors. I showed up a week later on July 18th and showed them the damage. They stated they only kept video of the washes for 4 days, and they had no other reports from customers during this time period. I was told this would be reported to the manager, and they could see if it could be buffed out. I do not see how these scratches could be buffed out because of how deep they are. No call from the manager. Once again, another business that will not take responsibility for damage they cause to customers. Disappointing. Touch-less washes from now on.

First, I used to be a member, but decided to pay per wash; for me, it was less expensive in the long run. I just went today. The wash has gone up in price. It is now $21.40 with tax. That would be fine if there were people there cleaning the car as it exited the wash and then vacuuming, etc… This is automated and you do all the work for that price. Also, I cannot stand when a person is standing at the payment kiosk. They do nothing and then ask you for a tip - a tip for what?!? Standing there. If you want a tip, clean my windows or vacuum my car… This trip it seemed that the water was turned down. I had very little water washing and rinsing my car; soap began to dry immediate and caked on the paint. When I looked at the tires, only half were shined, the other was dull. Not impressed, at all. I will not be returning to Mister Car Wash. I will drive the extra couple of miles to a car wash that cleans better, and where the employees are not staring me down for a tip, and that has better equipment. Now I need to go to another car wash to get the soap off my car.

Dear Mister Car wash owner, I appreciate your response to my previous shared horrible experience where my tire air valve was slashed while going through a wash cycle. Just know that the phone number you provided is a waste of calling. I called over 10xs, and never did I get a person to talk to. I'm not sure what to think about the integrity of your business. A report was filed, which contains all my information. My cell phone number is on that report. I do not understand the part of me having to call and not get any answer. You have my number on file. Why is it that you can't directly contact me instead? Why hasn't anyone reached out to me?

I wouldn't really recommend this car was over the one right down the road on hwy 54 with the shark on top. The vacuums were not that good and the actual wash wasn't good either. The minimum amount for a wash is $6. I probably wouldn't come back here for a while.

Stopped for wash and the Hugh roller stopped working,started coming thur windshield,it finally stir itself down but glass fragments everywhere and cut us both hugh bruises on my wife from struggling to get out of seat belt as it was coming thur windshield to take our heads off. They called safelight co to replace window but they couldn’t come until the next day. They paid for rent a car so I had to get a ride to rental co and pay deposit.it took out my nice phone carrier and the sun pass as both fell off and has fragments in suction cups.I called and asked if they had claim number and manager said there was no claim.also driver side passenger window has multiple scratches from fragments got inside of that window. Also after many vacuuming fragments come thur ducts when turning on air. I but sure what’s going to come out when turning on defrost. I stopped my subscription and will never go thur another car wash.

Towels or 1$. In other places they’re free. It also didn’t clean our car fully. Our whole side of the car is dirty. Also why over priced it’s 23$ for a normal car wash it’s crazy.

I just wasted $20 at this car wash. There is a level of clean that you would expect from a car wash, & this car wash missed that level. There was soap which has now dried into my paint that I have to get re washed. The inside of the wheels were missed completely. Along with the back of my truck. When I went to the vacuum station they didn't have towels, or glass cleaner etc. The things you would expect to see at a car wash. Not a good experience for me bcuz I could have done a better job washing my truck at a self service car wash. Which I will now do from this point forward. I don't have to touch on the machine asking for a tip ( which is the first time I ever saw that at a car wash ) bcuz there are plenty of people who already said enough. I really want my money back bcuz this was bad.

Not impressed was told today the best wash would clean the rims straight lied too, completely ripped off 25 for what trash, gotta manually do it if that was the case I would have just paid for a dang vacuum, completely waste of my life and money, coming back to civilian life and awful experience, I wont be back.

The prices have gone up and the wash really doesn't do any good unless you pay the premium amount. The new system of vacuums are very nice and you can just grab from each side instead of dragging the vacuum all over the car. There are also towels there you can use to dry your car better .

Great staff, Ty is friendly and professional. Probably the last place in WC that doesn't have towels available for use (they make you buy them). They also do not have a mat cleaner or shaded cleaning areas. The staff is the only reason I'm still there. I know my gripes are beyond their control so the 5 stars go to the excellent team.

Once to twice a week to wash the company truck. Concrete and asphalt not to mention the sites alone will take its toll on a white truck. Subscribed to the top tier wash and can do it any day of the week. Does an almost perfect job to get everything off. Tac, slight bug guts, or dust residue on the chrome rims is all that’s left in the end. Simply spend 5 minutes with a rag near the vacuums and done. Vacuums are strong with two choices of nozzle, and free.

(UPDATE: i just went there for a car wash today [2-10-25] and once again had excellent service, they had helpful employees standing at the card. Reader, to assist, not pressure or upsell. I love that!) I pulled up to the car wash right at 7:00 p.m. exactly...Dominique was putting out the cones emotion as I was turning around not to worry about it. She ran over & said she'd let me through and said "God Bless"...she is the type of employee that everybody is looking for in America, they are so scarce employers would be wise to promote them and put them into positions training new employees and establishing the company culture from the inside. Paul Milanes was also very pleasant and glad to help me out (not a bad attitude as Most modern Millennial/GenZ are if they have to work an extra minute. I've been going here when I need a wash, but now I'm Exclusively Going Here when I need a car wash. 😏👍

Upon reaching the service, I was greeted at the check-in process by the staff. Since it was my first time at the service, the staff gave me an overview of the different car wash services they offer. Mentioning that it’s my first time I started off with the basic one time wash and let me tell you that I am very satisfied with the entire wash process and results. I drive a boulder gray 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. Lived in this area over 10 years. Only game in town was the Palms. Really nice owner at the Palms but the car wash had kind of a funky smell. This car wash is amazing and clean. Prices are also good. Staff is always friendly and polite. I have nothing bad to say about this car wash. Thank you for always providing great service. By far one of the best membership car washes around.
