I brought in my one-month-old car, practically brand new, for a full interior and exterior cleaning. They took the vehicle and, less than 10 minutes later, called me to say it was done. Initially, I didn’t inspect closely because I was on a phone call, but once I looked around, I noticed several issues. The interior still had visible dust in multiple areas, and the windshield had noticeable stains that hadn’t been cleaned. A latte spill on the passenger-side cloth rug was still there. When I pointed it out to a staff member, she kindly said they typically charge $2 for it but would clean it for free as a courtesy since I was a new customer. However, the spill was never cleaned. Additionally, the driver-side floor still had dirt and appeared not to have been vacuumed properly. I returned to the staff and showed them the areas that were not properly cleaned. They apologized and promised to return the car in spotless condition. When I again mentioned the rug, they contradicted their earlier statement and said they don’t clean cloth rugs at all. Less than five minutes later, they called me again. Some of the issues were improved, but not all. The windshield still had stains, and the driver-side floor mat was about 90% vacuumed. At that point, I decided to leave, as I couldn’t spend the whole day chasing a proper cleaning. I appreciate their initial willingness to assist, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations, especially for a car that was nearly brand new.

Mr. CARWASH is the best car wash in town. The employees seem to really care about doing a good job. Each time I go, I am never disappointed, car is always returned in nearly detailed like condition...I finally signed up for their unlimited wash program as I purchased a new car and want it running and looking its best for years to come.

Wow what a disappointing wash today. I've been at this car wash many times but today has to be the worst. I usually get a base+ but this time it looks like I never went through the wash. Outside windows weren't even clean. You can see the dirt on the windshield. I gave it a three because there was water present on the car. I got a better car wash at HyVee for less money.

Got this done maybe an hour ago. I do NOT recommend getting your INTERIOR done here. The first picture shows a couple of dirty spots (only one door was wiped down as far as I could tell... nothing else), and the second is the result of me gently rubbing said dirt off with only my dry finger. The fourth photo shows the rear passenger side floor, and the fifth pic shows the rear driver side floor (which I am content with) for comparison. The last three photos show loose dirt and fur. I am extremely disappointed since I only came out to get the interior done (exterior comes as part of the package). I even made sure to give a $10 bill up front for the tip since I know how furry and dirty my vehicle is (got the 2nd cheapest package and the highest tip recommended through the credit card options for said package is $5). I definitely won't bother driving the 7 minutes it takes to get my interior done here again. I'll do it MYSELF or drive further and give a DIFFERENT company a try.

Last few interior cleanings have been rather terrible. $50 and still need to vacuum myself. Didn't expect dog hair to be sucked up in the material it gets woven in but this is clearly not doing the job. Cubby's also had bits left in them in almost every area. Floor mat still dirty. Wiped off once I got a towel. If I didn't pay extra for the mats to be washed it wouldn't be an issue. Have reached out to customer service in the past and never a response.

At the Minnetonka location it’s very automated which works well, except in the winter they don’t spray the wheel wells at all, which is frustrating. They have a sign that says they do what they can, but don’t promise all ice will be removed, but they don’t even try. I will say in the past they did spray once, but only on 1 side.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I’d give zero stars if possible. I asked the attendant before paying if they were going to wash my seats and she said yes. At $50 for the “basic” service, you’d certainly hope so. Well… not only were the seats not washed but the vacuuming was the laziest I have ever seen. The only cleaning product they seem to have and willing to use is glass cleaner. The pictures below are after I had already told them that the car wasn’t cleaned enough and asked for them to go over it again, which they only did with a manager approval. I tried to get a refund but obviously they were not willing to do so. I will be actively warning my friends to not bring their cars there. Go to any gas station with some quarters and your car will be better off.

We went last night and they never returned our handicap parking sticker. We came today to see if they had it and they gave us someone else's. We gave it back. It's not ours. I'm not thrilled. I want what belongs to us. And I want a refund. Our things should be returned. $50 car wash and our sticker is gone. It's an inconvenience for sure. Paying for a service while missing your things? NOT ok! Also we had a slight film on our window they didn't clean. Disappointed!!

Used to be a member and canceled due to them not hand drying on external washes anymore. This place is incredibly overpriced and they do a terrible job. I went back for an inside and out wash and that mistake is on me. But please be warned. I paid $45 for an interior and exterior wash and this is what the back seats looks like. Not even worth my time to go back and argue about the work they provide. Gas station washes do just as good on the outside. And on the inside for that matter.

If you intend to do interior clean here, please have in mind that your car might be at risk. Yesterday, when I was going through the exterior lane, a staff inside a customer vehicle in front of my car decided to back up during busy time. He almost hit my vehicle. There is no point for him to do that in the first place, especially when there was a long line of cars behind him. After the incident, he did not apologize and pretend like nothing even happened. Nobody else came to check if my car or that customer's car got any scratch on. I had to stop behind him and ask him to check if the cars got hit. As I pulled up behind him and obstructing the flow of vehicle, someone finally come up to my car asking me to move. Yes, asking me to move instead of checking on my car or that customer's car. I guess it's a daily basis thing over here then. Totally unprofessional.

I have a membership and have had it for some years. The service in St Louis Park is poor. I usually pay for my 3rd seat mats to be washed and they usually miss it. Today was the same. It was busy and it has not been 12 minutes and I have not gotten back in for my car to be revacumed and mats washed. This is frustrating. Mr. Car wash fees went up but the service quality has not. You all need to do better.

I usually bring my car here two to three times a week because I rent it out and need it cleaned before each return. Most of the time, they do an okay job, but this last visit was very disappointing. I asked the attendant to vacuum the back and trunk, and it was ignored. It seemed like he didn’t care to do it properly. Just a heads-up for management—please make sure the service is consistent

I was recommended this place and decided to check it out. I paid for the platinum and tipped $20 before they began. When I received my car back it looked like something I could have done at home with the shop vac and some rags. I understand this is not a detail service however, my windshield wasn’t even cleaned properly. The one staff interaction I had when I pulled in was pleasant. I don’t think I will be returning, especially paying this much money and getting mediocre service.

I’ve been coming to this Mister location for probably close to 20 or so years. Always appreciate the great job they do getting my car cleaned up. I come every few months or so when my interior needs some attention. The folks that work at this location are some of the hardest working people out there and they run like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows exactly what they’re doing to get people through as quickly as possible while still being super thorough. My car is always cleaned so beautifully both inside and out that it’s like a mini-detail. The awesome employees who keep this place running so smoothly all deserve a raise.
