Customer service, Customer service, customer service...I can't say it enough. You can get a cash wash almost anywhere, but people make or break companies. The staff in the plymouth location earned all 5 of these stars. Thanks for always making me feel like this is "my" car wash.

I figured since I'm out this way 2-3 times a week between Ortho and Dr appts, I might as well get A monthly unlimited pass for car washes!! 35.00 not bad that is 2 car washes at other places, plus the free vacuum!! I will definitely get my money's worth!!

They do a great job washing your car. Great friendly customer service. Very reasonable prices for unlimited membership. Free vacuum cleaning included with your membership. You just drive through with a little sticker on your front windshield.

Not a good wash. I paid for the most expensive wash, yet the person in front of me was given special washing attention for over a minute while they just casually sprayed mine while moving. My car was left with sticky residue, chips on the side, and unwashed spots from their wash wheels. The unwashed parts are where they took care to spray on the car ahead of me.

By far in a way the worst car wash I have been to in the area. Struggles to get your car clean and the self service vacuums barely have any suction. What a waste of 30 bucks, and having the employee help you use the kiosk and take your card when it is supposed to be self service is a terrible attempt at improving customer service and just make the interaction clunky and awkward. Then it asks you to tip when they were doing absolutely nothing? So stupid.

I am a monthly member of Mister car wash and love the ease of pulling into Mister whenever I can. Road salt is rough on cars and a regular wash is fast and easy as a member. Members have a designated lane and a scan ID making for a smooth approach to the wash. I love the system and ease of use.

Today was excellent. As it was not to busy when we arrived the attendant took extra care to spray down the car before actually going through. Both sides all the wheel wells. She did great if I knew her name I'd call her out. We showed up about 530 pm. If you know who you are then thank you!

I always have a great experience at Mr. Car Wash! The staff is friendly, quick, and professional. My car comes out spotless every time — both inside and out. The vacuums are strong, the wash is thorough, and the whole place is always clean and well organized. Definitely the best car wash is in Plymouth — I love how convenient and consistent it is. Highly recommend!

Slummed it here despite incredibly poor facilities and service, but seeing a driver of a one of your Mister Car Wash vans angrily flip off peaceful protesters in the wake of ICE's surge in MN confirmed that I will happily drive a little further for a better car wash. Mister was on thin ice already, so the choice was VERY easy. If you like nice car washes or believe in loving your neighbors, I would avoid this franchise altogether.

i think its great for winter washes. If you purchase at least two car washes in a month, the membership is paid for. I go almost everyday for a wash. Yes I think you guys are a five star place, updated. I couldn't come up with any reasonable changes.

The drive thru/paying for your wash experience is pretty seamless. Can be a little awkward when the monthly/express customers go through quickly on the right side/determining when you get to enter the line. My one complaint is their dryer doesn't seem to be the best, often I have to dry my car afterwards manually. For a quick car wash, this place works.

I had an extremely disappointing and costly experience at this car wash. Before entering, I specifically asked staff whether it was safe to go through with a roof box installed. I was reassured that it was fine and that appropriate steps would be taken to prevent damage. I had also gone through this same wash two prior times with the roof box installed without any issues, so I had no reason to expect a problem. In addition, I regularly use the Mister Car Wash location near where I live and have never had an issue. Despite those assurances, an equipment failure during the wash ripped the roof box completely off my car, causing irreparable damage. Afterward, a technician told me this is the oldest Mister Car Wash in the state and that equipment failures regularly require repairs. The technician also stated that the incident was caused entirely by equipment failure and that no fault was mine. Knowing this, it is extremely concerning that customers are still being waved through without stricter precautions or clearer warnings—especially for vehicles with exterior attachments. What made the situation even worse was management’s response. The manager dismissed my concerns, denied any liability for the damage, and said the most they could offer was one month of free service—an insulting response given the extent of the damage caused. This incident was clearly preventable and appears tied to the company’s lack of investment in its aging infrastructure. I strongly caution anyone with roof racks, roof boxes, or other exterior attachments to avoid this location. Based on my experience, the equipment and safety procedures cannot be trusted.

(Absolutely do not go there because they called me and said they checked it and determined it wasn't their fault, and my car is brand new, I only washed it there, and despite having ceramic coating, it got scratched!!!) My newly purchased 2026 Grand Highlander got scratches all over the left side during a car wash today. Let's see what they'll do about it. Please be careful; I'll update my review once I get a result.

I came here expecting a nice wash after paying $30 for the Platinum package, but honestly, it was really disappointing. My car still had smeared dirt on it, the front looked like it wasn’t even touched, and the wheels were still dirty with no shine at all. For that price, I expected a lot more attention to detail. Definitely not worth it. Next time, I’ll just go to Holiday and save my money.
