While driving in to use my monthly membership, today, this car sped up and entered where the sign was posted Do not enter I suspect the car belonged to an employee because the car was parked in the spot for a very long time. Perhaps one should advise employees to exercise a little curiosity. Now about the car wash experience…. In the past the vacuums work well and my car is clean after it has gone through the wash process. Today the washing system was not working. The greeter was very pleasant when she explained the problem they were experiencing. Vacuums were running just so I was able to take advantage of them.

The staff at the hudson location on 19 is amazing. They are always so helpful and always have a smile. The wash is amazing my truck always looks good. The vacuums are sometimes a little weak though and they don't have the amenities you'll find at some of the other wash places. No towels or window spray and no place to wash mats but the are not as expensive as some of the other places either.. All and all good deal though and it's so convenient..

Car wash was good as usual. What I do not like is being asked if I would like to ad a tip! Also, today asked if I wanted to donate to a charity. I give to the charities I support monthly. Everyone has a charity and all are probably great but enough is enough!

Stopped here to wash the lovebugs off my car and got a terrible was. Not only are the bugs still all over my front end and windshield there is dirty water marks and grease on the back of my cat that wasn't there before. Not to mention the soap smells terrible. Would definitely not recommend. The staff however was very nice.

We really like using the Hudson location of Mr Car wash. The staff there are very nice people. The vacuums always work well & our car always shines!🌟

I'm deaf this second time i come here. they still missed washed the rims on the tires are still dirty and missed the back of suv. I paid almost 30 dollars for deep wash my suv still not doing good at all! I will never come here again waste my money again twice

It would be nice if this car wash gave coupons for free car wash to see if I like it. Other new car washes up and down US 19 do that. I'm trying to find a decent one yet.

Great wash. I have two cars on unlimited wash. My only issue is I have to go to a competitor to wash my dually because it won't fit. Other than that its great. Does a good job.

Always very pleasant welcome. But being retired at a very minimal income, your price is a bit high. Your business does not award retired veterans. I'm still shopping around for a better price for my financial situation.

It wasn't a great experience at first with the attendant having a problem with the app and getting me checked in. But after that it was a good experience. I wish they supplied micro fiber rags and cleaners like Take5

Only place I’ve ever used and will continue, Awhile back I went to get our 3500chevy van washed at a new local area as it was free , they turned my van down but mister did not !!!! Thanks for keeping our fleet clean 🧼!

Gotta go here and join the club. Been going for 3 years now. Chardonnay at the Hudson location is always there it seems. She is SUPER NICE AND WORKS VERY HARD. I really hope Mister Car Wash pays her good so she will stay with them. The other workers are Great too. Chardonnay has probably trained them ... It is worth the $35 membership to keep your vehicle spotless! Free vacuuming...

NO Towels or Glass Cleaner!! Corporate Greed at its best!! We’ve traveled to 49 states towing our SUV behind our RV and every single time we stop, we take the SUV to a car wash to wash the road grime off. This is the very first of the modern automatic car washes that we’ve ever been to that didn’t offer complementary towels and glass cleaner for drying off your car and touching up the glass where their machines didn’t clean it! This is especially disappointing because it’s in my hometown, but I will never come back here again!

I really like coming to this car wash.They do an excellent job, very friendly. One time I lost my magnets off the back of my car and they were kind enough to go into the car wash and get them for me. I love the fact that there are multiple locations around the state. So if I'm ever out of town, I can still get my car washed.
