Whenever they "upgrade" it, it just gets worse. Not anywhere close to as good as it used to get things off years ago. Typical. Good thing they still have free vacuums, because you'll spend that time drying off every part of your car afterwards since their dryer is useless. Employees are awesome though.

Went to get my clean for a trip. I was not told that two of the bruises were not working. Went to go back in to talk to the Manager and she said she already know this. I ask if I could go back through. I was told no we are getting ready to close. I had to go home and finish cleaning it myself. I will not ever go back. 2-18-2924 No Thank You

This car wash has completely cheaped out on its customers. Ever since the new owners changed the name it has gone completely downhill. The overall car wash is terrible. The system has a built-in interface to ask for tips. What exactly am I tipping if I am interacting with the screen and the car wash is automatic? The dryer section of the car wash is also a joke. It is so small to the point that you're lucky to pull out of the car wash with a semi-dried car. With the Bakersfield summer heat consider yourself lucky if you can completely dry your car before the sun does. This place used to be a pretty good place and worth the price. But now I am paying for a wash while my car is not very clean. Owner Greed has caused this place to go down the hill.

I just got my new car two weeks ago and decided to get a membership from here. The second time going to get my car wash the machines scrapped up the side of my car. After them doing their “investigation” they denied that it was the machines fault. I would never go here again. Taking ownership and accountability for faulty equipment mistakes is not something they are good for.

The new Branch on Heath Road and Stockdale Highway is awesome. Very modern and spacious. Every other branch is seemingly designed for cars and not large trucks so it’s a challenge to get it and out. But this branch was definitely designed with large trucks in mind and I love it. Staff is great, as with all branches I’ve been to over the past three years. Mister Car Wash is the best car wash service I’ve ever had the pleasure of utilizing and I thank all staff, management and ownership for providing such an amazing service.

Terrible car wash! I’ve been coming here forever and never have had an issue, but today my experience was a nightmare. When I pulled up and awaited my turn to enter, I could see something was going on because they stopped the car wash every few minutes and cars would be honking in the washing tunnel. I didn’t think that much of it and assumed it was just a minor issue. Well the second my car entered the car wash I was filled with regret. It was then that I realized the issue was cars were getting stuck on a certain section causing them to roll backwards off the roller into the car behind them. This happened over and over, with the car wash stopping everything for a moment, looking around for the issue then shrugging and having each car that rolled back put their car in drive and pull forward a few feet. Then the car in front of me entered the spot in question and sure enough rolled back into me. They proceeded to stop the machines have the car drive forward a few feet then turn the machines back on. When I questioned them the lady gaslit me and probably every other customer who questioned her and claimed no one hit anyone and she knows because she was watching she claims. LIES! I asked her what was that huge hit against my vehicle when the one in front of me rolled backwards into me off their roller then and she claims that was just the feeling of the machines turning off. She claims the rollers ensure no one makes contact. Well every car was rolling backwards off the roller at the same section into each other so that’s not true at all. Insane! Never going here again and I’d advise management to look into this situation and the workers lack of responsibility they took for the situation

You want a cheap wash? This is a place to get it. Leaves dirt on your car. Dirt on the windows . Spots all over. They need to step up their game. Quit buying more locations when you can't even provide. A better service at the one you have now

Not what it used to be, vacuuming holds no suction, I hate the touchscreens u can even use urself, they should offer dry towels at least for the price other places do that, get with and offer good things to Bakersfield…this place needs some loving,

My car didn't come out clean and to get a second car wash.We had to have manager's approval and it still didn't come clean,so I just left I won't be going back to that place again!

Doesn't seem like any soap is being used with the basic wash. Leaves all dirt on the car. No drying either. This location has gone down alot. I am seriously considering canceling my unlimited plan

I drove through the carwash at about 9am on a Thursday. As always, the employees smiled and waved. There was one car ahead of me. Everything went smoothly. The vacuum worked as it should. I'm on one of the monthly plans and it's so convenient. I've never had less than a great experience with Mister. I highly recommend these carwashes.

I purchased the titanium wash and was left completely disappointed. My car hood ended up with these weird spots and my paint was also chipped. Don’t recommend it, if you care about your car.

One of the most efficient carwash in my area. I have accounts for my 3 cars. Wish they had a family package or something where you could either save money or get extra benefits. But oh well, have to get my car washed at least once a week and I am not planning ro wash my cars myself lol. So yeah, no issues to report. Have always been greeted with a smile from the beautiful staff. Thank you for keeping a cheerful positive attitude you hardworking folks!

My wife and I are extremely disappointed with the management here. My car was damaged during the wash when the vehicle in front of me rolled back and hit me. I was completely stationary on the tracks and had zero way to avoid the collision. The car wash is refusing to take any responsibility for an accident that happened inside their own tunnel. If you value your vehicle, be careful—they don't seem to care about customer safety or property once you’ve paid. I’m now stuck with a repair bill for an incident that was 100% out of my control."

Excellent drive thru car wash. All of the vacuums and air nozzle dusters are all in working order. The vacuum area is clean and well kept. The workers here are always helpful and are pleasant and cheerful. Great place to get a quick car wash👍
