One of the guys there is a damn joke. He was trying to tell me a life story about how he broke the tap to pay part of the machine and wasn't paying attention when he put in what kind of wash I wanted and charged me $26 when it was a $10 wash. I was so beyond pissed cause I was in a hurry and almost late to an appointment. It's been 24 hours and I still don't have my money back on my card.

Great people i have the auot deduct monthly plan, machines consistently do not clean my passenger side.Door and have now scratched and scuffed.My passenger side rear quarter panel.I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this location ive include some pictures.But consistently, my passenger door is not being cleaned, and I generally don't take a rag to wipe my car down.I just wash and go, but notice that the passenger door is always not clean and been reassured by the fellow humans that work there.That the part's been ordered confirmed today 12/3.That the part's been ordered and repaired.It's still the same judge for yourself.Hope the review helps

I love this place. It’s no fuss and it’s easy! The only thing I would suggest is that they post large communication reminding people to be mindful if there are others waiting for vacuums. Vacuum as quickly as possible.

Oh my gosh, where do I start so first of all the one that scans your code thing on your windshield so polite but let’s get down to the guy inside bring your windshield best person I’ve seen yet not sure what his name is but he was smiling dancing, making jokes stop go stop go the best. I even rode my window down and let him know like he’s the best person I’ve seen in there yet and I’ve been going to you guys for a very long time. Amazing. Keep him he’s amazing.

I needed to go back thru a 2nd time & they were really nice about it. The young lady saw I still had bird poop on my car hood & said she’d contact the sprayer guy to get it again real good. The sprayer guy was really nicen& sprayed it good the first time thru & didn’t hesitate to spray more the 2nd time thru, really concentrating where there was srill bird poop. So kind & smiling to me. I told them both thank you very much.

What I do like and appreciate about Mister carwash is that they are everywhere you go. In just about every state, city that has an average to mediumv sized city you go through will have a Mister Carwash in it.

I’ve been to most Mister Car Wash locations around Bakersfield, and while some are larger or have flashier setups, this one remains my favorite because of the people. The staff here is consistently pleasant and genuinely kind. Emy always makes an effort to greet you mindfully, no matter how busy or hot it gets — her positive attitude never misses. And Mason? His smile is contagious. Once, I accidentally spilled my coffee in the drive-through, but his upbeat energy had me laughing before I even made it to the dryers. It’s the human touch that makes this location special. Thanks to this hardworking crew for keeping things real amidst the daily rush. 🚘✨
