The worker here are nice and very helpful but the machine that washes your car is what kill it. I usually handwash my car and for the first time in 3 year. I decided to go for the machine and guess what. During my first car run through. The machine didn't spray my car with water and only soap. This cause my scratches, spot, and dust to remain on the car. So I talk to the worker and they were nice to let me do another wash which this time was completely fine. But still not really clean. I pay for the platinum one and I know I can't expect the machine to clean the car as good as handwash. But this is just so disappointing.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. There had been an incident on the highway and lots of pumpkin pulp was spread over the road. The car to our left didn't slow down and covered the side of our black car with orange pumpkin pulp - see photo. Mister Car Wash sorted us out. I would 100% recommend and thanks again to your staff who helped us.

Christina was amazing from the moment I pulled up. She had a smile on her face. She was very welcoming and very kind. She treated me with courtesy and respect. This is my first time at this location and with the way I was greeted I am willing to drive extra miles just to come to this location, all of the staff were great and amazing. They all had smiles on their faces when I seen them. It’s nice to feel welcome. Great job to Christina in the team

My second time at this car wash, the first time they left some debris on the side of the car. The second and last time my roof was damaged, please see photos. I contact Manager Cesar Martinez and Assistant Manager Leslie Sical, they took a incident report, Leslie said that she would e-mail me the report and send it to corporate. Got a call from Cesar first thing in the morning stating that they are not responsible, the car wash could not of done this. Ask my friends on Face Book, they disagree. He refused to give me the owner or his supervisors number. I will put a review on Yelp too. and BBB. Cesar you need to live up to your responsibilities!! DO NOT leave a silly response to this review because all the reviewers on this site can't be wrong. That is your arm in photo pointing at scratch knowing the car wash did it.

The staff at the entrance were friendly and helped me choose the right wash package for my car’s needs. The automated system was efficient, and I appreciated how clear and well-marked everything was. The wash itself was thorough—my car came out sparkling clean, including the wheels and undercarriage. I also liked that the drying system was powerful enough to leave very little water behind, minimizing streaks. It was also a pleasant surprise to see free vacuums available afterward, which were strong and easy to use. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular washes. You need dryers at exit.. the last one now blows a line of water on front middle wing shield and I always have to get out and wipe it.. the lady that guides us in was perfect today.. normally they don’t guide our front tires in, but she did..

I'm on a retirement fixed income so I carefully select those things that give me the best value. Mister car wash is a necessity, keeping your c ar clean is a no brainer and the low price for unlimited washes helps a ton. Update, 3 lanes cars on right and left forced themselves ahead of me, while 2 employees watching, one employe could direct beyond the gate to ensure traffic flow.

My car wash was very good today the young man that sprayed the front of my car for bugs did a very good job not all the Mister Car Wash spray your car well & you still end up with bugs on the windshield & grill but when I go to Olive Dr my SUV is always clean when I go through on the first time.

I have my pass for my 2025 BMW i8. So far it's not messed up anything on my car. I was told only to get hand washes but that takes too much time. I get my car waxed every 6 months. Is very convenient they have many locations. I would have took a picture but they have their lame commercial pictures up. I wish they had more realistic pictures as the main picture especially at what the place looks like when you pull up.

The car wash on Olive Drive needs some updates. My car rarely comes out clean, especially with dirt still on the driver’s side. Additionally, when I'm in the drying and vacuuming area, I often notice that the vacuums have weak or no suction at all. Furthermore, the smaller hoses that are typically available for getting into cracks are usually not available. Improvements are definitely needed to enhance the overall experience.
