Love this misters location, I go as often as possible and they don’t give me crap for going multiple times back to back which I love , I just wish it wasn’t a gamble when they would squirt the bug remover stuff on the car , bc sometimes they do it , sometimes they don’t and I get soooo bummed when they don’t. But other than that, great great location that’s kept clean and well maintained.

I have the membership and only have great things to say. It's always quick and a great experience. I love the different colored lights they use to make it just a little more fun than others. I've never waited longer than 5 mins in line, but I also don't go during their busy hours. I really appreciate the free vacuums. I'd recommend to anyone.

This carwash sucks. Manger and employees bad service. Car came out dirty no tire shine so I asked if I could run it again and they said no. They sound like robots. I don't recommend this place. I will let my family and friends not to come here. You will loose alot of busy through social media also

I have no clue what is wrong with the workers here but they don’t meet the standard of the other mister car washes in the area. The new one and the one by Carl’s Jr are my favorite, they never miss a beat when it comes to being friendly. But this was is severely lacking I’ll stick to the other ones.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Emily. She was extremely pushy about signing me up for a membership, even after I clearly expressed hesitation and discomfort. Instead of respecting my boundaries, she continued to pressure me, which made the whole interaction unpleasant.

Fast and good clean.. well let me first start off by saying that this place is very practical but at the same time very economic and useful to get your car washed done here. I'm not guilty, to say that this is got to be my favorite car wash in Palmdale. It's like an all stop shop for car wash. You can select the basic wash for $7. Or get unlimited car washes for a month 1999. The vacuums are free of you is as long as you get a car wash done. And the cashiers who take payment are always very friendly and very nice deal with. I really appreciate the fact that they go out of the way to make sure that they are super friendly with the customers. Overall I give this place at 5 stars because my car is always clean after I'm done here. It makes it a whole lot easier to get a quick car wash and at the same time to make sure the car is drive wanted done. You can also get tire shine. Or you can get premium car wash. Or you can just get a car wash quickly and not even use the vacuums and drive off. The exit of the car wash is directly in front of the exit to the Main Street on 10th Street Avenue West. Very good place for a car wash. Like I said is easy access for the cars to drive in and get your car washed done quickly. I can't complain about the price. It's Bay City View just looking to get an Express Wash done as quickly as possible. Or you can take your time and get a detail done job. It's really up to you. The vacuums could use a little bit more suction. But it gets the job done. It is also very nice that you can get towels or styrofoam or little tree scents. At the Car Care Center. Everything is a dollar or $2. Depending on what you need. And that makes it easy if you forgot your cleaning material. Thank you once again for providing great car washes

Everyone was wonderful Dylan the manager Brian and all were tremendous. They helped me as I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I had to wait for AAA. They were very helpful getting me the phone number gave me water. A Nice warm place to sit they offered coffee They werelike angels in disguise :)

My car came out mostly dirty with spots of dry dirt still on it. I dont know how that's possible but it did. For nearly $30 dollars, it shouldn't come out dirty and wet. The one star is for the polite staff that helped clean up my rear window.

Hello please remember to inform your clients to stop parking right in front of Proactive work health, urgent care during business hours to dry off their cars this has been happening for the past 5 years they park right in front of the front doors blocking off fire lane which is a code violation and a safety violation. Thank you. You can have employees or put a sign reminding them not to park in front of the urgent care during business hours.

I received the BEST customer service from Victor and Chanel helping me get a new sticker for a new membership I got.
