I love it here. I love being a member. Get my car cleaned once a week. Could be busy at times but for the most part, I get my wash fairly fast. I love their vacuums and friendly staff. Thanks Mister car wash

As a member for almost 2 years I loved this place until I canceled my membership today. I did my normal wash routine and was over vacuuming my car when I noticed the vacuums had terrible suction. I found the only employee available and called her over. I conferred with 3 other customers who had the same experience and we told her the issue. Her response - yeah well you used em to suck up water and that happens so that's why they work like that. R u kidding me?? I asked for owner's name and she gave me a corporate phone #. The four of us agreed to instantly cancel our memberships. 32.99 X 4 x12. That's 1583.32 lost revenue this year not counting the hundreds of negative reviews I will be posting. Invest in employees training where they actually give a bleep. Money talks. Thanks.

Apparently I chose the busiest time of day to try out this place. Took about 30 minutes to get through, there was almost no suction on the vacuums, and The car was only slightly cleaner after I went through.

Not a good experience. I'm not sure what happened but what should have taken 15 minutes turned into a 45-minute ordeal. I was stuck in line for a half-hour before even entering the car wash. (And only a few cars ahead of me, it wasn't super busy.) Another car was able to get out and leave off to the side but after waiting that long I just wanted to get it washed and go. Not sure if the whole thing broke down, which, if so, they should have told everyone right away. If it was an issue with a car, then it should not have taken that long to resolve. Either way it was the slowest, most inefficient Mister I've ever been to.

Horrible! Paid $16 for the privilege of having to go home and re-wash my whole car. It was left completely spotted. Windows were the worst! Pretty sad that the car looked worse than when I went there.

Got the express wax with the tire shine and it was eh. But I mean you’re paying $45 so you can’t really expect much out of it. Just thought they would clear the towel stains a little better. I had some on my window and on my front grill. One positive thing is that they were very fast… a little too fast. Sometimes Fast service can be bad service. Would I come again? Probably when I need a quick wash ASAP. But other than that no

I just wanted to mention how sweet the girl was who help me tonight. I didn’t catch her name but I wanted to say thank you! I don’t know why I thought the car wash closed at 8pm and I showed up 5 minutes before close….trust me I wish I would have looked at the time before going!!! I never want to be that person🤦♀️ The girl who helped me tonight informed me on all the different memberships and what they offered. She was very sweet and knowledgeable so thank you for being patient with me and not showing any signs of frustration:)
