Cool and good carwash! Except one thing... I docked a star off because we had a very strong pigeon stain on the front window and the car wash was unable to get it, we had to use a vacuum and towel to get it off.

It just became a regular car wash. When it was new it had mat washing machines. They took those out. Not sure why. I thought that added service put them over the top. Now they aren't any different.

This place is great. I hope the prices don't change anytime soon. It's open 7am-8pm, has plenty of space for vacuuming and drying, and three lanes for entrance. The wash isn't the greatest because it's not a hand wash, but for the price, you can't beat that. It's quick and easy, get in and out, and your car looks nice and clean. The machines are a little rough ( I think), but I guess in retrospec, they need to in order to wash off the dirt. My mirrors always fold out, going through the wash. It could be because of the size and of my car. I'm not sure. I drive a VW atlas, wondering if any other big SUVs have the same issue? They don't offer you towels to dry your car, so bring your own. If you're like me, just keep one handy in your car. Some people don't vacuum they just drive off, but I do. It's included, so why not. The spaces are ample, so you can open your doors and really get in there. It's a fairly new spot, but its always busy. I don't think I've ever driven by and not seen it busy. I believe you can also purchase a membership, which will save you bucks if you frequent here often. Just see the cashier. The cashier is on the far left lane if want. The middle is just credit/debit, and the far right is for members.

Staff is always courteous, the lines gets long all the time but the staff keep things in order and are very helpful. The car always looks great after it’s washed and love that the vacuums are powerful - so powerful, I’ve lost various no-show socks 🤦🏻♀️🤣 I like the space for opening up the car and cleaning it out and wiping it down. Thank you!

If I were you, I would never choose to wash my car here. $14, $12, $9, and $7 are actually the same car wash service. I chose $14 but I didn't get the service I deserved. To speed up service, they shortened the time it takes to wash each car. The surface of the car is covered with watermarks. The underside of the door was not cleaned at all. The tires which should have been cleaned and waxed were not provided at all. No car gloss wax and no staff. The service attitude is arrogant, neither admitting mistakes nor apologizing. Please be aware of this. Deceiving consumers, using fraudulent means and low-quality services

I joined mister car wash about 3 months ago. Usually had good experience 3 times I have endured an occasion that was very uncomfortable yesterday. Being the main one, it was quite crowded. As I was coming out of the wash I moved forward about a quarter of a way into the part vehicles that were vacuuming their cars. A parking came available and I took it, there was a man to my left that was double parked drying his car, people were going around and leaving because it was so crowded. He came up to me and told me to move my car made a racial slur. That "people like me make America's look bad", made a scene. I'm Hispanic. What do you think he was referring to? I'm not an immigrant, I was born here, and even if i was, that was a racial statement. I am an American. As drying my car, he came up to me and told me to move. I said "I would not." He wasn't in line. He was pulled to the side and should have been in line and in his vehicle. One of the workers which I hear was a assistant manager approached me and told me if I could pull out my vehicle and park where there was parked vehicles and wait for a parking. "I said I would not." I waited in line. I cannot believe that I explained the situation 3 times, they took his side.This radical individual was outside of his car, double parked and not in the line. The staff allowed this man man who was drying his car over an hour practically detailing his vehicle. They said they spoke to him probably on his favor when he made a racial slur to me being a Mexican American. There are way too many vehicles being washed with no parking spaces nor direction to ma maintain one line off to the right.This is my third incident at this car.Wash like I said this being the worst to be approached by a prejudice man who think he was superior over me.How dare he, and the staff catered to it.

This review is a tough one to write because I’m an Alhambra resident and I’ve been a customer since they opened as well as a part of their membership program for over two years. Recently had an absolutely terrible experience when the machine scratched my rim. When I entered the machine after shifting into neutral, there was a really loud noise that came from the rear driver side. It was so loud that the attendant wearing ear plugs at the entrance of the tunnel turned to look at my car to see what happened. I thought something happened to the body or a panel but when I got out and was drying the car I noticed a few scratches on the rear left rim. None of my rims have any scratches (car is less than two months old) and the rear left rim where the noise came from all of sudden had some. Long story short, they said and did everything they could think of to absolve themselves from responsibility. After their “investigation” the manager even made up a story that I moved my steering wheel in the tunnel and when I asked to see the video of me doing that he couldn’t. On the phone he was boasting about the facility having cameras everywhere and when I showed up to review the footage, I was shown ONE camera angle. I wondered why he would even bother making that up when the damage was to my rear rim and had nothing to do with the front. That wasn’t the only ridiculous excuse that was tossed out there but this review is already way too long. Lastly, they have cameras that I’m assuming are 1080p and not 4K, because conveniently when they zoom in the image gets extremely fuzzy rendering the “evidence” worthless. Waiting on corporate to get back to me.and do the right thing for a long time customer.

This place is amazing. Service is fast and my car stays looking fresh all the time. Vacuum service is included in the price and they are unlimited on time, so i don’t have to worry about putting extra quarters to my vacuum. I have the plan and the cost is affordable and worth every penny!

Worst car wash place! Not only it does not actually get car clean. It’s always insanely busy and just overload the wash line with cars. You can’t even dry your car off after you get out of the wash or use the vacuum unless you’re really lucky. For the cost, you should be able to dry off your car. They overload this place pump cars out so then you’re sitting in line jammed up. I truly hate this car wash. If they were smart, they should build like four more car washed so they can actually accommodate the service for people. But honestly, it doesn’t even get all the crap off your car anyway so it sucks.

The service was impeccable and the staff were excellent. My car key were locked inside, and I had no phone, money, car, or family help. The company manager, Jerry, called a taxi to go back and get the spare key, then unlocked the car. I am very grateful.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the car wash today. I've been a member for over a year and this has never happened before. My car is a large vehicle, and after washing, wiping, and vacuuming the interior, it's impossible to finish in just fifteen minutes! But the staff kept trying to get rid of me, and I explained it several times. I felt like they were treating me like this! So I've decided to cancel my membership!

I’ve been a long-time customer, even back when this was Cruiser's Car Wash. I’m happy to see the improvements—wash quality and tire shine are noticeably better. That said, a couple of suggestions: 1. The previous franchise had this issue too—after membership scans, a clearer traffic flow would prevent line-cutting and ensure everyone gets the correct wash and avoid awkward customer to customers confrontations I have noticed. This will streamline everything. 2. Add a 5-10 minute timer at the drying bays to prevent congestion from extended detailing. As a long-term member, I’d love to see a loyalty program—maybe free towels, air fresheners, or bonus incentives. On a positive note, seeing upper management interacting at the bays shows you care, and the team’s upbeat attitude is fantastic. I look forward to many more years of business with you—you’re the best!

The best!! Great place for a car wash. I also want to take a moment to praise their whole team, especially the employee who helped me jump start my car battery about a month ago. My car wouldn’t start after I was done vacuuming. He went above and beyond to find jumper cables and even pulled his own car over to help. It was a stressful moment and he, as well as the other employees who assisted, made the whole thing easier! I will always return to this location and will be forever grateful for their kindness.

The car wash damaged my fender on my new 2025 Honda CRV. I made a claim. They are now saying that their was pre existing damages that caused the scrubbers to catch and pull up on the corner of my fender. I saw the video cameras from all angles and I dont see what they see. I take good care of my cars and there was no damage prior to arriving the day the damages occurred. Be cautious as they will use this excuse to wash their hands clean and dismiss taking accountability. I am very upset and disappointed with their response. Please inspect your cars for damages every time you exit the tunnel.

Great car wash, fair price $22 include tireshine, free vacuum but not 1-2towels. A place that I'll recommend, but it takes 20 minutes or more, due the number of cars, their so busy all day. So you can wait 5-10 minutes for vacuum. But I'll use them again.

Very nice car wash! The staff is always friendly, smiling, and providing positive vibes, which really adds to the experience. The equipment and facilities are top-notch and very modern. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, including drying and vacuuming. Excellent service, and the location is really convenient. Highly recommended!
