Good car cleaning service but you end up getting boxed in unsafely in the car loop. They need another exit strategy in the facility. If there was an emergency, all vehicles and persons would be trapped in.

I’ve been coming to this car wash since I got my license. It used to be the Jenison car wash and is now owned by Mr. car wash. The quality of service here has rapidly declined over the years. They don’t even spray vehicles off anymore in the winter time. When you bring your car back through to ask them if they would spray them off, they tell me that upper management has told them that’s not something they’re allowed to do anymore. Unbelievable! I paid $22 to bring my car through and they don’t even spray it down. When my car leaves the car wash it’s barely clean on the sides and the front and rear hardly get touched at all. Terrible car wash.

Mister Car Wash does an average job washing vehicles. It’s always cleaner than it was before the wash but it has never fully cleaned my vehicle on the first time through

This is where my journey w Mister Car Wash began! My son lives close to them and said I should begin a membership. I agreed and they were awesome! Very personable and friendly staff! I try to go there exclusively but have tried a few others!

I'll begin with the service, Plausible with room for improvement. My antenna broke off in the wash. When problems like this occur I focus on how it's handled. I called them and they found it. They set me up with a local body shop and agreed to pay for the repair in full which is great, though I had to go to the shop and set up the appointment myself. Service could have been better by setting the appointment for me, minor inconvenience. Wash quality: Decent but not the best auto wash. Quality Wash is.. Well.. Better Quality. Don't expect a perfect wash from any auto wash but I have seen better as this one leaves streaks behind on the sides and misses spots around the bumper. However, you're in Michigan and a monthly subscription for unlimited washes will have your car looking pristine compared to most cars out here especially in the winter. Also note it broke my antenna so use at your own risk. Not for you if you're uncomfortable with clear coat swirls and scratches. Convenience: Unbeatable. Free vacuums BEFORE the was so vacuum n go is easy if you don't need a wash. Takes about 1-2 minutes to run your car through. So if you want a car that is always clean looking and rust free with no effort and don't need showroom shine quality the $19.99 subscription is for you!

No matter how long the line is (we use the prepay one) it always goes quick. They do a great job.! I do prefer the one near the Menards in Holland better though, mostly because it has a more open approach.

Overall it’s a good experience every time, and the vacuums are great. I do not like that this wash leaves wheels dirty even after paying for a package with wheel cleaner - see picture. All 4 wheels have some varied extent of smudging. I realize that must be brake dust; were not very dirty to start off with but had some from recent road trip.

I'm a fairly new member of the unlimited wash club. I love pulling in at times ahead of the non-members. I just pull up and it reads my sticker and I pull into the wash. There are plenty of vacuums and they're always working with a smile! Definitely a worthwhile investment for my vehicle

Went for a car wash yesterday, paid $14 for a car wash that barely washed my car. The car wash was so fast that had I blinked, I would have missed it. I tried to have a re wash done and I was told I needed to pay for it, due to not being a member. Excuse me?! I expect a full refund. Immediately. I’ve also tried calling several times to speak to someone and everyone just chooses not to answer. So, either I can have MY refund, or I can call corporate. :)

Outstanding customer service! I want to give a huge shoutout to Stacie at Mister Car Wash. After she noticed me going back and forth through the car wash trying to get the snow off my tires, she stepped in without hesitation. She gave me something that really helped and even used her own hands to pull the remaining snow out of my tires. That level of care, attention, and willingness to help truly stood out. Stacie went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you for making a frustrating situation so much easier!
