If I could give this place zero stars I would I had a horrible experience the general manager came out and started arguing with me about me asking if they wipe down the seats. They set me up with platinum monthly plan and at the end they don’t do none of it what they say... Horrible place don’t go there I’m telling you people you will get disappointed

Been a member since 2002 with three vehicles now. There are good visits, not so good visits and great visits. Can't say that I've had a bad visit yet. They help keep my vehicles clean and it is worth it every time. Continuous improvements in their facilities and building new ones is awesome - it shows that they want your business. The staff is almost always very friendly and attentive to the needs of all of their customers. As long as they continue to focus on the customer, I'll continue to be one.

They charge $25 for their highest level of car wash... Oasis Car Wash's highest level wash is on par, if not better, and its only $18 AND you get tire shine, unlike at this place. Their vacuums hardly work and the vacuum stalls/parking spots are small and very dimly lit when the sun goes down. This place is inferior to the competition.

Really appreciate this place because it’s down the street from my house. My truck stays clean and shiny. Vacuums are always working and suction on it is very powerful. Definitely will remain a customer. Employees are always nice even though we don’t have much interaction with them, but they always wave as you are in your vehicle. Vacuuming area are always clean.

This location is horrible at Customer Service! They can’t figure out what’s wrong with my membership and when I went there today, the employee who is supposed to be in the booth is sitting in his fancy little black car on his phone. Had to back out in reverse because no one there to help

I washed at this location for the first time and the assistant manager Noah was there to let me know all my wash options and which one worked best for me. I ended up going with the Titanium wash and got amazing results! I will be going back, Thank you to Noah for the help!

I don’t believe in giving a bad star however I am bringing a concern to your attention. We came through at 10:27 on 1/7 in a white Toyota Tundra. The kiosk asked for a tip at the time of purchase. I was confused on the machine asking for a tip with what we were tipping for. I called the store to see what the tip would be for, and he stated it was for the whole team. I’m confused on what we were tipping for? I come from a world where a tip is given when something was done to show appreciation. We already paid $29.00 for the car wash and then to pay a tip for the team to sit and watch the car go through. It would be good for the customers to know the tip is going to nothing. That way they have the full information to make a decision.
