I got the platinum interior wash and the workers here did SO much better than I expected. I have been to the Ingersoll location before they discontinued interiors, and they did not do near this well. I don’t leave reviews often but I need this car wash and crew to know their services are appreciated. This service is well worth the money, as I did not want to pay for a full detail but still feel like I got that level of work. I know this is crazy lady behavior but I took a few before and afters. Not pictured, the floors and windows were very well done too. :)

Generally good exterior brush wash. Subscription service is a value if you wash weekly (sometimes needed around here). Did the +$15 interior clean. They did a basically good job, but didn’t move a couple things out of the way to clean the passenger seat, which I asked them to do up front and had to ask for a second time. Also, did not clean the radio screen or the rear-view mirror. Also missed the interior door grips. Otherwise, seems cleaned well. 3-stars: passes, but barely.

I came in at 1:42pm My front left passenger seat they didn't vacuum my seats very well. Highly recommend customers to go elsewhere besides here. The exterior wash is okay but interior wash isn’t the best for that price of $50.

For the exterior cleaning it’s good, staff has always been kind, but the last time I got the interior of my car cleaned was a joke. Hardly vacuumed, there was sand all over, dirt in my cubby and I paid the extra $5 for the special clean and the outside of my car had dirt and wet dust all over. Got a hold of corporate and they emailed the manager but haven’t heard anything back. I’ve had some issues before and management has never helped or seemed to care. Don’t expect to get any help if you ever have issues.

HORRIBLE!!! My car literally looks dirtier now than it did before. Both outside and inside! I paid over 50$. Used to get it done all the time at the Merle hay location so I know what I’m paying for. They were fantastic. Also, I tried going back and calling and the line was so long it would’ve taken forever to talk to anyone(already waited 50+ mins for the initial cleaning) and every time you call it hangs up on you. Will have to call my bank. Terrible

Another Mister Car Wash location put on the wrong sticker/the barcode wasn't working. They asked us to pay full price for the wash instead of actually trying to help and figure out why it wasn't working. Not willing to help here.

As someone that used to frequent the location is Cedar Rapids, I am very disappointed at how poorly the interior cleaning was done. It looks like they only vacuumed the seat and mats (and not well). They did not get below the seats nor cleaned any cup holder and other miscellaneous spots. It is extra frustrating because I bought a monthly membership expecting the same quality of service as the Cedar Rapids location.

Today at Mr Car Wash (22nd & University), I had a very disappointing experience. Nearly my entire car wash process was disrupted when the system stopped, and there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the multiple staff walking past us. After waiting 11 minutes, we were simply directed to move our cars forward, with no completion of our washes because staff couldn’t restart the equipment. Two suggestions: 1. Don’t run cars through without drivers—this avoids unnecessary system shutdowns. 2. Have staff on duty who can actually manage processes, assist staff, and update paying customers. Not a single “Sorry for any inconvenience” or apology for the situation was offered. NOTHING!! Wow…

So upset. I dont care if im called a Karen. I pay close to $50 to have my car washed amd im sitting here like where's my car. I go back out there after 25mins to see my car just sitting there. All the other cars are all going by. Im told that only cerified people can drive it thru the wash yet 5 employees standing in the lobby doing nothing so I ask if their certified and am given a comment of, we'll get your car thru. Now another 15mins. Smh

I only go to this carwash because I do not want to wash/vaccume my vehicle myself. I do believe the price is too high, but it is within my budget to pay. Usually bad service, but.... Brenden dried my vehicle on Sunday and he impressed me. I watched diligently as to what he was doing-he took the time to actually dry and wipe down the interior! I let him know I was very pleased and promised to do a review. It takes an excellent service for me to even do a review.

The workers did not manage the lines well. The left lane was not moving at all, which was the lane my car was in. Seven cars went by me in the right lane (not the member line) while I sat in the left lane. After my car was vacuumed, no one touched it for approximately 20 minutes. It sat in the left lane while cars in the right lane went on through the wash. I’ve been to this car wash before and haven’t had issues. Today the employees didn’t seem to care.

I've been coming here since they opened probably 20 years ago at least. I always had great service until the last few times. The trunk of my car was not vacuumed at all and all of the seats were left completely wet when I went to get in it. I returned a month later as I'm not over there often and thought I would talk to the manager and had kept my receipt. The customer service girl said sorry it's been too long so I said I would call. I asked how I should exit and she said back up. As I'm backing up trying to dodge tar filled potholes, I'm talking to myself in frustration with windows down and she came after me saying you can't talk to me like that. I wasn't talking to her at all. Really poor customer service.

I had a great first experience taking my vehicle to Mister Car Wash. Employees were kind and respectful. It’s pretty cool to see your car get washed, there are areas that you can sit and watch it being watched. Vending machines and water fountains are a nice touch when you are waiting for your cleaning to get finished. I got the cherry finish applied and I love the smell. Vacuuming and cleaning of the interior was great. I’d highly recommend this location, I’ll come back for sure.

It’s unfortunate that the Ingersoll location discontinued their interior cleaning service since they were so thorough and efficient. The Clive location, which seems to be the only one in the area with interior cleaning, never does nearly as good of a job. My dashboard and steering wheel were still covered in dust after my cleaning and my mirror looked like it hadn’t been touched.

My dad and I took my mom’s van to the car wash and my dad paid for the highest price for car wash ie;(55$). When picking up the car at the end, not only did they not wipe down the seats, my dad had to ask for the towel+spray bottle to wipe the spots that were blatantly there as the car attendant watched. Usually we’re very happy with the service but lately it has gone down hill drastically. They also did not spray the lemon scent or vacuumed where we had asked them to. We will not be coming back.

Had to pull around a second time because they didn’t touch the interior the first time. Both people I spoke to were rude and these pictures are after the second time through after paying for the interior package. No one will answer the phones at the store or customer service.

I recently visited Mister Car Wash - 8727 University Ave. Clive, IA. after my family and I moved to the Des Moines area. I purchased the Titanium package for $49.22, expecting a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. While the exterior of the vehicle looked great, the interior was extremely disappointing. For nearly $50, I expected the floors and seats to be properly cleaned and spotless, but that was not the case. The level of detail simply did not match the price paid. Unfortunately, I’m unable to post photos here to show the condition it was left in. I’m very disappointed with this experience, especially as a first-time customer. I would appreciate the opportunity for someone from management to reach out and address this issue. I hope this can be resolved, as I would prefer to support a local business if the service reflects the cost.

I went to Mr car wash today for an interior clean. I thought it to be fair priced and I was not expecting anything super fancy the the blatant lack of attention to detail was horrible. They didn’t vacuum a lot of areas in the car, they left trash on the floor that was obviously trash (snack wrapper and paper towel) didn’t touch my middle console at all, not my doors or dash on the driver side. They also broke my charger and left it on the floor. Save your money and do it yourself. Had I known it would be this bad I would she paid my 6 year old $5 to do it. EDITED to add: THE TELL YOU TO EMAIL THE ADDRESS IN THEIR COMMENT - just to says “we sent this to the store manager who will get back to you” and THEY NEVER DO. just skummy business
