I really had no interaction with anyone but the person that led me into the car wash, with a very wide headband on. I've called Mister Customer Service before because the person in this position is often indifferent at best and appears rude. They don't smile or even acknowledge you.They just do their job. This person looked me in the eyes as they guided me in, smiled at me. I don't think they realize what good customer service they're giving. It may not seem their position is important but they are oftentimes the only representative of Mister the Unlimited Wash customers encounter. Thanks 😊

Mister car wash is one of the best car washes here in ABQ! I have 4 cars with all titanium subscriptions, and every time I take one of my cars to this location, they always make sure that the car is cleaned properly and dried properly. Even with any request that you need. 5 out of 5😊

I visited Mister Car Wash on 1/10/26 (4:11pm) Paid for Base Plus Interior $34.44 which includes Interior Vacuum | Window Cleaning | Dusting of Dash | Exterior Towel Dry | Fragrance. Outside of my vehicle wash was okay and the interior of my vehicle cleaning was a disappointment. It was a cold day and not busy. This place has 4 benches for people to wait while their vehicle is being cleaned, 2 of those benches are broken. Employees were standing around my vehicle doors open just talking and after 5 minutes of my vehicle being parked the employees started to "clean" it. My dashboard was not dusted, the Vacuuming was poorly done with driver's side seemingly untouched. I do opt out of the Fragrance because they spray the mats and the smell is very overwhelming when you enter your vehicle and after 1 hour the scent is gone. I've never been so disappointed and frustrated at this location but the employees from this day really shouldn't be working here if they don't care to get the job done well.

Ok I have a nice car and it hasn't been really cleaned in awhile and bugs on front from recent trip. Paid FIFTY dollars only for young man to tell me "they aren't a detail service" when I pointed out some MAJOR areas he and their car wash had missed. I simply got a rag and finished myself right in front of him. What happened to customer service? Or common respect? Took me 3 minutes to finish Next time no tip

I’ve taken my truck to this place twice before and it was okay, but today it sucked. My truck has a dealer-installed roof rack. Before, they have sent my truck through the normal wash, including the horizontal roller brunch which cleans the front, hood, and windshield - so that’s what I expected again. Today, as we were going through the wash I noticed nothing was washing the front, hood or windshield - and then it was over. I asked a supervisor why. She said they don’t run the horizontal brush over vehicles with roof racks because sometimes they have broken. I complained because there was no disclosure of this policy by the employee checking people in and helping them select a package (he was standing there) and said no one had disclosed this in the past when they did use the horizontal roller brush. While they offered to let me take the truck through again, what was the point if the windshield dirty from road crud - the reason I took the truck in - wasn’t going to be washed. Photos are from 5 minutes after the wash. Basically, I paid to get the sides of my truck washed & nothing else.

Bad experience again. I never wanted to give a bad review before, especially since the employees are young people who want to get ahead. Very poorly service; they clean quickly and without paying attention to the detail. One time, I asked one of them why they don’t clean the automobile good, and he said the company training them to give a quick pass. Also, one of the time, they stole my headphones, and on another occasion, a girl took all my coins. I going to cancel my membership, I’m tired of this.

This time they didn’t get the dash or vaccine the back seats still dog hair tried to call them no answer! I’m not happy having to pay an additional 16.00 on top of a 45.00 monthly charge and the staff can do a good job this time not happy at all.

Great some workers some lazy, the guy that guides you in never sprays give customer full experience they should spray every car. Don't want to do this song work here. Js that's why I give tip last to see how they move just fyi. So I wrote that earlier and then I came back like a lot of stuff was not touched in the inside like not at all we were watching them the whole time they were not that busy just give us what we pay for there was still stuff in the doors we had to rewipe it we had to redo the windows I know I got the one before the cheapest one but literally I told him why did you touch it let me take a picture give us what we pay for please I understand if you don't have enough workers but that's not my fault you know we're having a lot of issues so we go and get our car washed for a very special reason and it was not even touched the doors

I’m satisfied with the service I’ve been receiving at Mr. Car Wash. For the price, I feel like they now take enough time to properly vacuum the car and pay attention to the small details. In the past, it felt like the service was done too quickly, and I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a clear improvement, the team takes their time and the overall quality has gotten better. It’s good to see the service improving, and it definitely makes a difference as a customer.

I visited Mister Car Wash this morning in extreme wind and cold weather. As usual staff at this car wash located on Coors just south of Sequoia was exceptional in every way. Customer service was exceptional and attention to detail completing an interior clean under very difficult conditions was greatly appreciated. As a Lyft driver with a Platinum membership, I visit many MC locations across the city. I would rate the team at this particular location as the most friendly and consistent to assure customer satisfaction.

Wow, the service here is impressive!! From the moment we arrived, Adam greeted us with a big welcoming smile and took the time to explain the best service options. The car wash tunnel was super clean, and the tunnel coordinator gave clear hand signals that kept our Bronco perfectly lined up. We chose the full-service wash and woot, woot for Andre and Eryka! They did an amazing job with thorough vacuuming, spotless interior, and tires looking brand new. Our Bronco got a full clean sweep! We travel to Albuquerque often, and Mister Car Wash is officially our go-to stop every time. Solid service, great people, and well worth it!
