I’ve tried to give this location a chance but each time they’re just horrible. Bad customer service. I’m a member and couldn’t use the bathroom when I was about to go on myself. The manager couldn’t even let me in after I asked nicely. It was discrimination to the core. And not that it should matter but I was dressed in formal clothes, so no I didn’t even “look” the stereotype that I felt her giving. The next time I decided to try and use this location they turned off the vacuums on several of us costumers right at 6pm. Granted that’s the closing time which I wasn’t aware and I accept that Accountability but at least a five minute notice would’ve been polite. I was halfway through using the vacuum. In a society where surveys and customer service runs together I’d suggest changing your protocols at this location. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. And the wash bent my plate on my car to top it all off

For what it's worth, this Mister Car Wash gets the job done. Whenever in the need for a quick wash, I usually took my car to this location (just south of the San Mateo and Montgomery intersection). This particular Mister Car Wash doesn't offer full service as the other location does (just a mile north), but it still offers the usual exterior wash packages. Well maintained, and quick to get cars through; one can't really complain about how this Mister Car Wash conducts business. What I've always enjoyed most about this place are the free DIY vacuums hoses which are made available to all patrons. No timer set, nor any quarters needed. Just pick up the hose and clean your car until satisfied.

I can think a few other things more despicable than selling a guy. A car wash at 6:50 p.m. And then turning off the vacuums while he's halfway done with his car. If you're going to close at 7:00 and still sell things at 6:50, you should at least notify a guy who needs to vacuum his entire car that he has 4 minutes to get all of that done. Despicable! This is exactly why I canceled my membership. I gave you another chance and it's the same kind of customer service done with Mr. Mister. It's nice to see Corporate responding on behalf of their franchisee with a copy paste response, but I was told this is policy. So I don't know what you could do to make it right, other than change your policy to actually provide the full service advertised at point of sale. Just change that so no other customer has to pay again at your competition for services already paid for with you.

These brushes are probably one of the most gentle but I usually go through with deactivated brushes. Also The staff here are super friendly and they must be hiring models because they are gorgeous! The take coming to this clean professionally ran carwash!😎

Jacob gave me the best of the best service today him and his colleague help with my brakes and neutral shifter and two other hold buttons to allow me to get my ev car washed funny but they where very patient and they worked like a team to help me. Highly recommend this site the quality white glove treatment hands down.

The workers at this car was do not allow enough room between cars. Today a car pressed on their brakes mid-car wash and my car ended up bumping theirs. There was zero time for any reaction! When I brought this up to management he told me I’m responsible for operating my own vehicle and should have pressed on my own breaks. I never cancelled a membership so quick!

I just went in to Mr car Wash and the service was so nice. They were so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them. Thank you to the manager I think his name was Zach for going the extra mile as well. ☺️

Does a great job getting your car clean but over chargers with their monthly subscription a month is more than 4 weeks not 3 shouldn't be charged twice in a month

Absolutely horrible, i had an issue over a year ago regarding spots left on my paint from the vehicle. I filed a claim and within a week they denied that claim. I havent used Mister since then, well i relieved a "Titanium Exterior Wash" card from my employer so i decided to use it. After the wash i was drying my vehicle and the driver side had abrasions at or just under a 45° i filed a claim and spoke to the Assistant manager. He was very helpful but now able to admit fault on Mister Car wash behalf. I just received a call from the claim department denying this claim. Now to get into reserch mode and prove that this is due to their wash.

I like that Mister Carwash is expanding. Convienent for users since a lot more people are going to Mister Carwash. Quick. I believe its a good price if you pay for unlimited car wash per month. Wash your vehicle however many times you want.

I was at the San Mateo location yesterday at around 9:15. They weren’t busy- I paid for the Platinum wash. Two people: a male and female wiped the car dry. I had to point out the areas missed. Today, I have spent time cleaning up the water spots on the windshield and body of the car. I don’t plan to return and it’s best to spend money elsewhere.

A month ago, one of the employees offered me a temporary free upgrade on my account. They explained that if I liked the upgrade, starting October 1 I would be charged for the higher plan. That turned out to be completely untrue. Instead, my very next charge was doubled from $20 to $40, billed at the platinum rate when I was supposed to still be on the base plan. When I pointed this out, they admitted it was their mistake, but refused to issue a refund. That’s not how a company that values its customers should operate. Don’t offer “free” promotions and then turn around and charge people for them. I had been a member for over a year, but this experience was enough to make me cancel my account. Mister Car Wash chose to keep an undeserved $20 and lose a long term customer. Beware of any promotions offered to you. Also, I called them every day for 2 weeks to try to handle this over the phone, not once was the phone answered. If you sign up for an account, any adjustments you are trying to make will need to be done in person.

I came here two days ago to wash my car. I thought this place was a very well-established and reliable company, but I was sorely mistaken. They didn't clean my car very well at all. They left it very dirty, and you charge me $40. I was really upset that you left my car so dirty. How can you wash it in just 10 minutes? And you scratched my car on the back, then I came back here and showed it to the managers, and one manager went and got a cloth and tried to wipe the dirty parts of the car. The service here is absolutely terrible.

I had such a great experience at Mister Car Wash today. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and really seemed to care about doing a thorough job. The line moved quickly, and they guided me through the process with a smile. My car came out looking spotless — the exterior was shiny, the windows crystal clear, and the interior vacuum left everything looking fresh and clean. I especially appreciated how they took the time to wipe down the dashboard and door panels instead of just rushing through it. It’s clear they take pride in their work here. The whole place is well-organized, and the atmosphere feels professional but relaxed. Definitely worth the price for the quality and convenience. I’ll be coming back regularly!

Washing my vehicle here is actually pretty good. I started with the lower scale washes they have available to try it out then got the more high end ones after a few visits. I did notice that my car not only looked cleaner with the Titanium package but it also retained clean despite bad weather, dont get me wrong it still got dirty but it looked far cleaner than most cars on the road. I decided to try out their unlimited wash deal and was not disappointed with it as i realized I washed my car at least once a week so it saved me money and kept my car looking nice and clean. The vacuum portion is good but sometimes they are clogged tho I have seen employees walking around picking up trash and unclogging the vacuums that are clogged, the interaction with the employee is always nice and professional, that I can appreciate in a business.
